TheHomeOffice.in is one of the worst online platforms from where you can buy something. First of all their website will never revel when they will deliver the product. They will take your order, payment and then then will find a vendor who can manufacture this product and later deliver by some courier service provider. Try calling their call center to know when the product will be delivered, the answer will be when they feel like delivering it, as and when the external vendor is found and he manufactures it, brands it in their name and some courier service provider delivers. You are never going to know when this will get delivered.During delivery, if you find the product faulty or damaged, they are not going to replace it any time soon. You will have to raise a ticket and then at their own convivence arrange some courier service provider to pick the damaged product. After they receive the damaged product they are gonna follow the process mentioned above. Altogether, if you have good patience to wait for 1 month, then this is the right place to make an order. My suggestion is look for Amazon or Flipkart and order the product, at least they are responsible for what they deliver.

Very Very poor support team and also very poor quality of chair. Please do not buy here. I bought a chair and the back rest broke in few months and the quality is very very bad, after so many followups i got the back rest replaced, and now this backrest is not for this model. There is lot of gap between seat and backrest which makes my back pain a lot. From day1 of buying this product there is only defect.The arm rest is full of plastic and i could not rest my arms for than a minute. Its simply one of the worsttttt product and also worst customer care support
