The store managers promise a lot when they make the sale to you.We have had the unfortunate experience of having to follow up several times for the product we already paid for.We ordered a blue colour mattress but a beige one got delivered.We had ordered 2 pillows along with the mattress but on the day of delivery, they got a more expensive pillow and asked us to pay the difference. If they didn’t have stock of the pillow we ordered they could’ve just informed that they didn’t have stock. They didn’t have to make us buy an expensive pillow on the day of the delivery. We refused to take it. They still have not delivered the pillows we initially ordered and it has been over a month.We’ve had the worst customer experience with this shop. I am definitely not returning to this shop.

Items were not delivered on time ....had made full payment in advance. Took repeated reminders . Items were missing. We had to inform them.

Collection is good. Attention given to customer is good. Deals may not be as good in terms of price. We faced a little trouble on the delivery of our product since we needed same day delivery. However later the delivery was done somehow on the same day. So overall experience was not bad

Ok, but costly compared to online

Worst Place to go.. You pay the price and the product will be fully damaged or torn.. when you ask for replacement they wont do. They will no allow you to open the packet and check also, they convenience you that quality checks are done.
