Worst customer service. Avoid visiting this place unless you are an idiot. Even after one week no one came for installing the water purifier with daily reminders. They had charged 1k extra for an item which I had overlooked while swiping the card. I had to reverse the transaction within 2 hours after realizing it.

We bought a mixer from this shop after 6 moths we get repair and we called to prestiage service Center the man visited and he repaired when he ask the bill we submit but in warranty card there is no seal and signature and he charged money. Please dont buy anything in this shop they are very careless people

Never buy a product from Shubham. I bought a Samsung TV a year back which was faulty which they fixed. i bought it from Sanjay Nagar store. After a year same problem is back. Called samsung engineer and they say that very first repair was not done by them, instead it was done by Shubham. So they cannot help.I dont understand the reason why in first place repair was done by Shubham and not by samsung. Something fishy, probably they knew that product was faulty and they had something to hide.
