Prabhakar will ask you for booking amount once you sent the amount and in case you dont want to opt for it for any reason, say not suitable for you family or say you dint like it whatever the reason, later he wont respond wont pick your calls nor reply to messages even if he does by mistake he will say my accountant will do it! There is no accountant ! Its a loot/ scam 2021..
