Good collection of the prestige range of products. Very helpful staff. The place is spacious and comfortable to explore and find the ideal and suitable products to buy as per your need. Location is also pretty good, and ample parking is available nearby. Good discounts on offer, and the staff was more than willing to explain and demonstrate the product features, offers, etc. Overall a good place if you are looking for prestige products.

The service that I received is been exceptional. I still am too satisfied the way the store manager(Shashi) personally handled and care my query and also suggested the best option from lot of item I was looking for. I always recommend people to go here. Please keep the same way of service that you been doing.

Good place to get your old utensils get replaced with new prestige utensil. You can only replace one item for a new item. Service is very good.

Pathetic service. They mislead you by promise a good exchange rates on ur old utensils and once you go to the store with your utensils they give u the least discount option available and argue saying they didnt promise you any such discount which they initially promised. Its based on the store executive how much he wants to quote and its very disappointing.. Do not fall for the unwanted marketing.

Cheating Outlet...They are only authorized sellers of prestige products and not an authorized service center.Had a very bitter experience with service. After market spares were used and was overcharged and the service personal damaged spares which had no issues and tried to patch his mistake with an used spare which was dirty and the irony was that the service personal informed that there will be no health issues in using the used dirty spare.I carried a prestige mixer grinder jar which was not grinding. The service personal asked me to leave the jar and would call in an hour. When checked thrice if they were an authorized prestige service centre, I was assured that they were an authorized service centre. When I went back to collect the jar after following up with them, he charges 200₹ and informed he had changed 3 spares namely a plastic bush, a washer and a plate. When asked him to take the payment from a card, I was denied saying service cannot be charged on a card and had to be dealt with cash with no bill, I was not completely convinced, since the repair was already made I thought it would be hard on me to ask him to remove the spares and give back the jar without repairing but my goodwill caused me enough....The jar wasnt grinding and when went back to the so called service centre the service personal said the shaft is bad and changed it with a used one even without asking me and in the process of removing the shaft from the blade, broke the blade clip and to cover his mistake fit it with a used blade which was pretty dirty and handed the jar and charged 50₹ with a disclaimer that he has charged me for the shaft only and the blade was at no cost.I asked him to replace with a new blade and he says he does not have spare and started marketing that the dirt in the blade would have no health issues but I was not ready to take any chance with health, I asked him when would the spare arrive he said that they dont get supply of blades. When I checked why would they not get supply of spares of their own products he said they are not an authorized service centre and there is an authorized service centre in Ramamurthy Nagar and if I could procure the blade he would fit it for free. I asked him to take back the used shaft and blade saying that I will get it replaced it with a new spare.I took the jar to the authorized service centre in Ramamurthy Nagar and the personal changed the bush again saying the previous one has worn out (bush worn out by just running the jar for a minute to test) and a blade. To my surprise I was asked to pay only 35₹ (5₹ for the bush and 30₹ for the blade). The shaft was good.The unauthorized service centre in Kasturinagar not only cheated me by overcharging for poor quality after market products (eg 30₹ for a local bush a against the branded quality bush priced 5₹) and also made me change spares which was not necessary due to their mistake and took no ownership when went back and asked why was I overcharged for an issue due to a personal s no minimum knowledge on the mechanics of the product.I felt cheated. I will never buy anything from that store.If there are any Prestige company management staff, please note this would lead to a negative impact on the brand.
