Worst experience. the are shelling out the stock and had been having repairs in all of their products last few months. and they never give you back your money due to Auditing as they will be caught. so once you buy some thing from them you are trapped. my 10k bucks is wasted! please refrain from buying , even after insisting to get us an replacement of new stock they dont do that from other connected show rooms.

For the product higher than 500 for the service then only they will explain reason and repair,other wise they will not consider your product also.older stock products they will provide and Rude behaviour for the service asked and not properly communicating.

Went to purchase safety valves and gaskets. It is located in the BDA complex ground floor. Ask for directions inside look for the prestige sign on beams. They seemed to have everything under one roof. Spares or very reasonably priced in shop compared to online shops.

Very bad experience, not many options and staff is not interested in costumes and selling the cookware. lazy staff and old cookwares better buy from Amazon or any other site u will get more options on discounted rates

Bought a ceramic white coated casserole that started losing its coating here & there during the first use itself. Clearly, the two black spots showed that the quality was very bad. The staff said needed to be sent back to factory to ascertain if its manufacturing fault or not and took my number promising to call during the next couple of days. No calls came for 10 days and the response to my call was that I could buy anything else for the same price. There were none useful available within the stock for the next 45 days is another follow-up story to get the value of my money thats sitting already in his bank!!

In general the quality of Prestige has come down. Not very happy. But, all products are available here from Prestige.

We had bought Clip on cooker in March 2 week and first time usage we found fault water was coming out. We took it there and they kept it for 2 weeks saying they have sent to Service centre. Once i called back they said yeah it came back. Again the same issue when we tried cooking and went back. They again said they will send it to service centre. After one week when i called they said it is with service centre. When i escalated to Prestige on socoal media someone from service centre called me and said they havent received any product for service and they contacted store directly. Again they called me and confirmed that store will bring only tomorrow the cooker so give us 2 days. So my problem is i had bought the cooker and i had it in my home just for 1 or 2 days and rest 3 to 4 weeks in service centre. Is this how a showroom or service centre treat its customers.. When there is an issue it is difficult to get it resolved...... Will never suggest anyone to Sumitra agencies

I have bought a gas and induction stove, mixer grinder and cookers at this store, they lasted very well and service has been good. Highly recommended.

Worst experience in sumitra enterprise HSR layout BDA complex. Really they are cheating the customer. Also worst behaviour with customer. when i ask warranty card they way they speak is pathetic both owner and the worker. Kindly dont buy anything in this shops. This is my first and last buy in this shop.

Sumitra enterprises is cheating customer by selling old and defect items. They are misselling and doing fraud to customer service. They very Bad service. They are not replacing items under guarantee items and they are not sending defect Ed items to customer care. They are keeping for 190 days and returning back sane item to customer.

Most of customers drop in for replacement.one can find the Old utensils welcoming you,but nevertheless replacing is better then throwing out.

The WORST place to buy any kitchen appliances! Especially not to this BDA COMPLEX outlet! Dont EVER GO THERE! We got a mixer about a month ago, hasnt worked even a single day without any trouble, and when we went to return it, they abused us, threatened to destroy the mixer and we had to come back.. We lodged a police complaint because of all this! Worst service!!
