I had the worst experience with this shop.. unfortunately the minimum rating I can give is 1. If there was an option for negative, I would have definitely given that rating.. the owner and people working at this shop does not have basic common sense as to how to speak to a customer.. never trust them and give your products to them. They will first of all collect 850rs even without asking or checking whats the problem.. they are not even interested to know the problem.. they will say they will check and get back.. You will not get any response for several months.. in my case 3 months even after constantly calling and asking the status.. at last they give a non realistic estimate which is 3 times more than the actual price if you google and check the price.. their response is very bad if we say we dont want to repair and give us our product back..Please do not give your expensive products for repair in this shop.

Pathetic service. Worse service center. I wish there is 0 star option. They are fraud. They repaired my lens and charged 10000 for that and after 3 months it got damaged. When checked on sony service center they said last guy who service did not even clean the lens. it got water damage again. When i called that guy he cut the call when i said you did not repair it properly, his name is Vijay, rudest guy i have ever seen.

This is by far the most pathetic customer experience Ive ever faced. The eople at this company are extremely reckless and arent customer centric. The only time they talk in sentences are when they ask you for money. They have collected my camera, after continuous follow up they have mentioned that there is problem with my memory card slot to which I clearly told them to send it back to me without repairing it but to my astonishment, they have sent the camera back with few minor parts missing in camera. The spokesman said while delivering the camera might have faced minor damages so carelessly.Guys please rethink before handing over such costly cameras to such unprofessional people. My camera model was 600d which now has lost its value. The spokesman told that get the camera to service center again to check what mistake they have committed however they had charged 200 Rs for the delivery, I guess these guys should really talk classes on how to talk and treat and customer first.I have given 1 star rating because I had to give review as this service centre doesnt deserve even half a star.

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Took 650 rs for small moulding in camera battery holder. Which was not useful even for single day. Due to corona i was unable to revisit the shop.still i called him over phone and said him about problem,he said he will fix it anytime when u visit next. And when i visited Today in unlock situation, he said warranty for 1 month is over and with a very attitude face he said i wont fox it and then distracted me with showing other problem in camera. So Im having a Nikon 70-200 lens camera.After using it many times there was some dust in a camera.So i took it to the service centre but they had no answer then my friend suggested to take these camera into Mata electronic which was located at sp road then i gave here. As I have to go to Madagascar with my team So I had only 6days left to leave Bangalore. I visited Mata, met Mr. Vijay he promised that within 4days lens will be repaired. I gave my lens & after 5days they called me & told lens is ready, I was so happy with the fast service done by them & surprisingly they charged me Rs 9950/-. Best recommended place for camera repair. Worse behavior , bad service, Fake promise.I will give your camera in 2-3 days after repair, this is the statement owner of this shop Mr. Vijay made, and on trusting of his words I gave my camera. When I asked after 2-3 days he was too rude , sir you can take your camera back , he cut the call before even I could complete my query. I gave my camera to Sony center before and they said it will take 10 working days ,I wanted it before that so I reached out to mata electronics and when I called him and they said 2 din me kar le de dunga.And every week I was calling and check, they repaired the lens but for body they kept saying 1 week more 1 week more, some parts has to come from Malaysia. And like this it passed 1 month and they wasted my whole time and shoots.And later they said it will take another 4 weeks or 30 days ,and I was frustrated because of that and had to take my camera back and gave it again to Sony center.Most important part is their behavior, instead of being customer friendly and polite he was very rude as if I am asking for free repair.I wont recommend this to anyone.
