Worst customer support.I brought one water bottle 3 days before once I reached home I saw that bottle cap got broken. By that day itself I informed that shop person about this and he told me he will replace this with new one.So today I went and asked that shop person to exchange it he did not respond properly and keep saying, No exchange on items you have to check it thoroughly before billing it.If this is the case that shop person has to check it twice and thrice before billing it we having kid with us and they are roaming here and around the shop. As it is a baby shop they have to take some more responsibility towards the goods.Finally, I gave that bottle n invoice bills to that shop person only. Because no use of keeping those with me.Sorry really disappointed. Its just a matter of 75rs but customer relationship matters.

There is a good collection of toys here for almost all age groups. But the price of those toys are on the higher side. They attach a price sticker to each toy and it is usually higher than other toy shops around. Better check price for online purchase before buying from here. Otherwise, it is a good place to get toys.

I love this place the best toy shop Ive ever gone to and it has favourable conditions love it so much there is a small problem of parking leaving that itsthe best

Unprofessional staffs in this low category shop are cheaters & also disinterested as the products what I bought are much higher than the normal market price when you even compare with other other toy shops & online platforms. They dont even provide discounts no matter when you even buy products worth 10k to 15k. Workers there are like buy it or other shops are open :)Had to buy it for my kid and very next day product got damaged as it was of a very low class quality.. I SERIOUSLY recommend to never visit this shop.... you will be provided gaurantee to be cheated :))

Found the shop lucrative from outside but not worth while purchasing baby product. Went with a friend for a gifting option from this shop, prices are on MRP if paid on card and 5% discount on cash. People expect the other way around. Giving cash is a easy deal but leaves a question whether the shopkeeper is paying tax or not.

Wide range of toys available. I was here to buy fidget spinner. Was impressed with the collection the store had. No parking.

Bought a fidget hand spinner for 600 Rs. 30 minutes later stop working. Asked for replacement, outright response was no warranty, no guaranty. Guy at the counter was ready to put up a fight instead of politely explaining.I checked, almost all products are made in China. NO value for money.Please ask 100 questions before you buy a product. Bad experience.

Bought a toy piano and battery for that. They took money for both. But the battery was old which they used for demo. Got discharged in 2 3 days. Got cheated

Rude and disinterested staff. My husband had gone to buy a toy for our child and the staff said that they dont have the one we are looking for without even checking. Contrast to what he said, they had the exact Toy we wanted. Very reluctant staff, will certainly not recommended the place.

Very nice good variety of products from all range and all quality. I will say you can get all item at one place like gift ,toy , cloths ,books ,stationary. Yes there is no guarantee but i see this in all toy store across bangalore.

Rude staff and owner (pankaj) do not exchange broken items within 15 min of sale . an item of 20/- avble in market is sold at 80/- and that too broken . i trusted the staff n told him to take out a piece wen my daughter opened it , it was broken . I was willing to buy another toy to save her day ( it was a valentine surprise gift) but they neither cared for our feelings nor had any business ethics . everything is overpriced . better buy on amazon if u have time . think before u buy

Best kids store in Ramamurthynagar. Two floors and a bit cramped, but good store. Has rewards points and membership options.

Pathetic customer service, they have an attitude like either buy or go and wont even explain about the product just in case of any query.. Probably only Hindi speaking are there customers and they do not have even 1 Kannadiga as sales person when asked they say they havent Hired any local ppl..
