Nobody to attend for the second time. Had visited in the afternoon by 2:10pm on 17.7.21 but nobody responded, so went back and came for the second time by 4:00pm still nobody bothered to attend or respond to the customer. A guy came and informed as the staffs are under training and we need to wait for another 30 minutes. Hopeless service at the Brand Store.

Good one. Good collection, medium sized showroom. We have been revisiting this place regularly for the past 5 years because of the extremely helpful sales staff they have. We have spent whole afternoons till the closing time reviewing designs and not once have got a non enthusiastic response from any of their staff. Special mention to Jayanti for being so supportive and full of energy to all her customers.

I visited the showroom on 30th as my scheme was completed...as there was some emergency I requested for money...the sales person told 2 hrs ,then when I went to billing counter he told 6 days...I said ok..then again I called him on 6th I have not got refund he says 15 days ..now he is not picking the call..from Khazana Dickeson road...pls look into being a brand this is not customer serviceChaithra

I visited this place for a basic chain, the collection is nice although the overall feel can use a lil urban touch.

Nice place for now atheist as they still had some designs compared to all the other jewelry. But they have extra charges. You will be asked to become the member of their schemes too. They will add extra amount and wait for you to bargain and reduce the amount and will ask you to become member with out paying anything extra but the amount is alrdt added.

It is a very popular jewellery store and can be quite crowded. Their designs are mostly the very traditional kind. Not an appropriate place to shop for light weight modern everyday wear jewellery.

Khajana jewellars will be shifting to Bangalore. Hence they are forcing scheme holders to continue their schemes at Bangalore to avail scheme benefits. It is totally unfair. If the customer is not interested in continuing scheme at Bangalore ,they will deduct gift amount from the amount you paid in scheme installments. Most of the people joined the schemes under force from employees only. Now customers have to undergo loss on the total amount they have paid to Khajana jewellars as scheme installments. Most pathetic way of handling the situation. Since shifting their location is not a fault of the customer ,at least they should not have deducted gift amount from the hard earned money of customers.Total failure from khajana Jewellars Management. Please do not invest in schemes at Khajana ,even though schemes are attractive. Their reliability is at stake.

Wrost staff no value for customers.Cheating the customers with high price.When i visited on 24/10/2020 online price per gram was 4700 but they are saying 4722 it decided by association.Also wastage charges is too much 23%.They advertise 100% waiver for stone charge inside showroom after selections they will say its precious stones there is charge.After sometime they bring another person to reduce little bit on over hiped price.Later I Visited Malabar jewellery next to them checked the gram price was equal to online price I.e.4700.Even collection and wastage here is much better than this guys.So Be careful before visiting the showroom.This is my experience.

So disappointing.Kindly dont invest in schemes.The store is moving to a different location,and we requested for a refund,and they are not willing to pay back the amount we have paid for the scheme.They are cutting down the gift amount and providing the refund,which is really unfair.Its not our fault that the store is moving to a different location,and we should face a loss,the least they can do is provide the entire amount we have paid to them.Totally Unfair, especially because they literally force us to join their schemes.Thumbs down .

This place is full of cheating. I gave 50grams silver coin of 99.9% purity and they were telling me that they would pay me for 97%.Also they were not giving the rate of silver that day by reducing few paise. It is like selling petrol/diesel. One lady was telling that silver is not available of 99.9% purity and they were selling of the same. My experience is not good and I fell that they are not doing honest business.
