Dash Square Commercial Street has the most helpful staff who are not only courteous but helpful and ready to go that extra mile to ensure the customer is more than happy. I had purchased a 4+2 seater leather sofa and a 6 seater Italian marble table . I had a fabulous interaction with the staff at This store Ashfaq the store manager and Roopa were so helpful from the moment we stepped into the store they took the time to show us everything and even gave me more than enough time to confirm while holding the product for me . I had also checked out other Dash square outlets ( Banaswadi and Whitefield) and can honestly say this is by far the best customer service . The dining table which I was very keen on was in short supply the whitefield outlet told me that it was sold and they don’t have another piece available even in the warehouse am not sure if the associate had genuinely checked or not but I immediately called Roopa who then took the time to cross check even with the warehouse , took me to see the product even though it was a one hour drive and ensured it’s blocked for me. Once the payment was done She then proceeded to coordinate with delivery associates and ensure everything went smoothly.A big Thank you to Ashfaq and Roopa and the delivery staff we love the furniture and it looks great in our home. I will definitely come back here in the future and I recommend everyone to please check out this store you will have a wonderful seamless & stress free experience .

I had a very good experience with Dashsquare, we got the 60% of the house furniture from them . The service is amazing , quality of the furniture is good . Very poor Service. I was to get the Sofa delivered today 19/Jul and after multiple follow-ups, I was told the Sofa has been shipped to different city. I am now asked to wait for another month. I am on this trail Since April 8 2021.This has happened after making full payment and multiple follow-up. Big Mistake!!!And pls.. fix your website.. contact us to doesnt work in case I need to write to you. The website keeps circling to load, just like your promise to customers .

The experience was fantastic! They obviously knew what they were doing and were the experts! We needed a customized L shaped couch with a recliner section. They helped us to ideate on it, including the size, the material as well as the functionality and the design. They made sure to take in my husbands as well as my own input (which at times were conflicting) and made us a nice L shaped + recliner couch with sleek armrests and great comfort.

The Table SagaWe were looking for a marble table and were very clear on getting it from Dash Square as we had good experience from previous buys.We looked at their store in Whitefield and then thought of visiting the St Johns store just to see if any other collection was there?Here we met Mr. Rizwan, quite a gentleman.We explained what we needed and that we were not in a hurry as we were just upgrading. He did not rush us, but did show us all the options, even some on his computer.Eventually we settled for one, got a good deal worked out and with a heavy heart we parted with a big sum of money with the hope to see our table soon in 6 weeks time.Finally the day came when this table came. Oh no, what a let down… not what we ordered, this was not the service I expected. Please change!Mr. Rizwan assured us that its his responsibility to make this work for us. Within a few days he sent pics of a few more options. We visited Whitefield store again and agreed on one more table top. Again we were told this would take 2 more weeks. We were at our wits end… started following up on a daily basis … Mr. Rizwan would assure us each day.Finally after a few more weeks the man kept his word and delivered us a beautiful table top which we all like.I would just say, any soul out there who feels that Dash Square has not done fair to them please don’t lose faith, they keep their promise. And that is a big thing in this world!!Thank you Rizwan.
