I wish I had purchased the product from online...Sales personnel here are only interested in selling the products without being transparent on the additional charges for essential accessories required during installation.You are assured of a rude answer if demanded for explanation.Disappointed...As this used to be the only shop I counted on for home appliances.

The worst experience with the staff. They dont know how to treat a customer. Especially there is a person called Nagaraj, he is full of arrogant n attitude. I dont know how Adishwar company gifted him. After finalizing one fridge we came back to home n said tomorrow we will finalize and pay the amount. The very next day gift a call from another staff to come n finalise the things, when we went there the person Nagaraj welcomed us in a unhealthy manner n asked to pay 500 extra on what we finalized. And he said if you dont want you can leave. When you heard such words from an employee how do you feel after went there long way in this summer taking kid with us. If he wants to play with us we also know how to make things correct. I think Adishwar doesnt give proper training to their staff on how to treat customers. The other guy named Shashi who have us the demo was very nice. I didnt buy in this store not because they increased by 500. Its because of their attitude which that lost s customer. Dont know whether Adishwar looks into this issue seriously artist it will help other customers. Beware of the staff Nagaraj. I think I need to ask Google how to provide 0 ratings. This is very near to 8th-mile signal. The shop gives more options, who want to buy tv, refrigerator and washing machine. But very choices in case of the ceiling fan and other electronic material. I bought Samsung tv from this shop two years ago. It is working fine. Customer service is good. They accept most of mode of payments.
