Fraud Company. knowingly delays the verification and when you run out of time they would absurdly deduct charges without providing any service. Never go for this company, customer service at its worst.

Stratos Legal did a thorough study of 2 survey no. documents which were nearly 600 pages document. Initially I though this 600 pages document had all required legal document but after her thorough study she requested huge list of document which were another 300 pages booklet. In 2 turns she could help me in nailing down the issues with the property and explained me all the minute details which helped me to take a final decision. Had to get property documents verified for new apartment. The whole process was hassle free. Documents were verified in detailed and HSM came back with right questions and documents to be asked from the builder side for further verification. A report was generated after the entire process was done, the report summary was good which we could grasp well. Overall a good experience from HSM and Zippserv.

I got gift deed and GPA registration done via Zippserv (Stratos Legal) and I am extremely satisfied with the way the whole process was executed without any hassle. The lawyer was very cooperative and approachable for any kind of queries. I wanted all my things to be completed in one visit to sub-registrar office and they made it possible. Zippserv is highly unprofessional. Please avoid at all costs.1) Poor timeliness. (Mine took 25 days)2) Extremely bad coordination between clients and lawyers.3) The customer service is pathetic. ( They show interest till payment is done. Post that, its up to you to follow up for everything.4) Report provided is full of caveats and is useless for forming an opinion.

I was apprehensive about using Zippserv for any services in the beginning as I was thinking how are they different from other providers. I did my research online and what attracted me the most is that they had evaluation mechanism for property which is clean from litigation and has all necessary approvals and information on CC, OC, Rajkaluve etc. I evaluated the properties listed in clean properties with bank approved projects on banks respective websites such as SBI, PNB, HDFC etc and found it to be genuine. Moreover, when I reached out to them with barrage of questions as a first time home buyer they patiently responded to all my queries which established the trust and l entrusted them to negotiate on my behalf for a better price for the identified property and honestly they delivered on their word. Thanks to Mr. Sudeep for excellent service delivery and I am happy with their services and I would recommend highly if you are looking for any real estate related services or queries.BTW, I am not an employee of Zippserv nor related to them in any way and neither promoting them. Completely Satisfied with the work.I was confused to find a good advocate and fix an appointment with him. Then I got to know about Zippserv. I m completely satisfied with the work done by Neo Legal. This was a really good place... But not the best

My first property deal !It was very helpful from Zippserv as far as my doubts and queries were concerned. A very efficient and cooperative lawyer was provided to me for the entire process upto possession. Charges for all services were very competitive in market what I found. Quite knowledgeable and well-versed representatives, special mention for Mr. Aditya Paranjpe.
