Hey all, I bought a flat here for my cousin which is located near hosa road , construction of the apartments is good and awesome actually and more for this price with all amenities you wont get any other apartments . Good service and documentation was very easy . Loan facility was awesome where I got more 5 banks and decide for best , I saw above reviews more over I feel this is good . Oc and cc is available for the display , more over its good people who are willing to buy for less price they can prefer this .

Nice flats

Apartment is very good. Construction seems to be excellent and two bed rooms are very specious and ventilation also very good. Amenities like swimming pool, play area,And in the front lot of space left. Only standard branded like godrej lock for the doors

Water leaking / wet patches in new flats on outer facing walls and ceiling everywhere. how can a brand new flat have cracks also... seems poor quality of construction. dont get deceived by ready to occupy. most of the work still pending. no tiles, or fittings and nothing done except base structure. no power and not even lift. no idea where the builder office or his whereabouts. looks like blacklisted builder and not recommended to put money into this. better go for class a builders. Heard from someone they cheat and not transparent if one is not carefull.

Over all very good apartment. This is CC & OC project. Amenities is very Good.

Worst builder.They say ready to occupy. here is the reality. No RERA registered. No bescom connection, since no OC & CC and as the works are pending for years now, nothing is finished inside. Many un-sold flats. Those who bought here are in deep trouble due to delays there are frequent fights at the site. This property is abandoned due to builder out of money and bankrupt and absconding. Buyers beware. You will face the same fate of others who bought here. Most have defaulted. Even banks dont give loans here. Ask where is the builder office, you will never get a answer. Take a look inside and see for yourself. I spoke to one owner who I meet on the way in early march, to this site and got all this info. I looked around and found very poor construction quality. no power connection, no lift. high tension power grid lines in front of the apartment, high risk.

Nice Place

Recently I stepped in here to inquire 2bhk, no one in sight to show anything. Its free for all public property looks like. Meet someone on the way out who bought their and struggling for possession for a long time. The dont have OC and no electricity and most of the works looks really bad. many un-sold flats. Seems not worth investing here due to dubious characters and bunch of cheaters, I was told who will tell anything but truth.I then went to mahaveer right opposite found excellent in terms of quality but all sold out unfortunately in 1st phase. I decided to go with another prominent builder in sarjapur road.

Even I am also waiting for somebody to share the property review. If anybody has already booked or purchased this property, kindly share the review for the property.
