Lovely place. Well shaded by trees. Isolated from the main stream of traffic. Super markets, banks, vegetable vendors are closeby. Good security.

Old society but spacious flats

The society has very nice ambience. Its structure is such that every apartment feels like its secluded so making your privacy better. The Security guys are very vigilant and make a secure environment thus making this society good option for working girls.

Society is good bit surrounded areas are smelly due to bad odour from bellandur lake. Rest all is fine, like good space, all amenities and green glen area is equipped with all daily needs requirements along with good restaurants, food and tea joints.

Just like another Shobha construction. It has 6 blocks in total, however lots of wastage of carpet area. Bellendur lake is just behind the apartment. All basic amenities like grocery stores, medical shops, restaurants backery etc. are nearby. Club house is USP of property.

The flats in Shobha Carnation are spacious and well designed. Other facilities in the apartment like clubhouse is shared between multiple shobha apartments in Green Glen layout in Bellandur.Apartment has good green cover in the middle. Security is also well taken care of. It has spacious parking, jogging and childrens play area.Problems - The area has become really congested lately. Too many cars on the narrow lane causes traffic jams. The road to the apartment is always broken and too much dust is in the air causes problem while walking.Because of the polluted Bellandur lake behind, mosquitoes are a big problem here.Overall a good apartment to stay.

The roads are a horrible experience. All the residents, the builders and the local government must do a lot to improve the scenario. Otherwise such luxury apartments dangling in dirt and bumps is embarrassing.
