Good parking system for outsider is little bit tough but its ok

Value for money.It is located very close to BMTC bus stop. Nicely planned and nicely constructed apartment. As it is located in the main junction, its easy to travel to yelachenahalli metro station and also to electronic city with less time and less traffic.The amenities provided by the builder are just amazing with badminton court at the centre of the apartment and also basket ball court. Kids have separate area to play and enjoy with their age people. Well planned swimming pool, highly equipped gym and spacious indoor games and a large party hall. And also we have walking track around the apartment with very well maintained garden with beautiful flowers and fresh air all the time.

Attractive buildings, best plans. Space utilisation is wonderful. Has swimming pool, party hall, gym, indoor games room, dining hall, basketball court, shuttle badminton court, best parking lot for each flat, space for evening walk, decorative plants. It was good experience spending time with my brothers house. But problem was parking for other family members vehicles.

Nice locality , conveniently located

Pros:Locality is good.Construction is also good.Good amenities.Builders response is also good. Their response is good even after selling the house.Cons:Even small 30kg luggages are also not allowed in the lift. Which means shifting is a difficult task. There is no service lift also.Visitor parking is not there, they have to park outside, which is a disadvantage. Because there is not a lot of space outside.

Good place to live in with spacious flats. Good location, being just 10 mins away from the metro station. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and play court are an added bonus.

Nice place with good facilities. The people here are so lively. But visitor s will have to park their vehicle outside which could be an issue at there are no parking place outside

Nice apartments with reasonable pricing . There is swimming pool for kids and adults , gym , small party hall , small dining halll , badminton court , play area for kids . Each house is separated by a passage . So there is no single wall for two houses .

Improve materal & construction quality. Needs transparency in business & also registration & flat handing over process.

Except for the location of swimming pool, rest of the things, including construction quality, seems to be good... exact 1.5kms from upcoming metro station.

Visited a relative here. New apartment, equipped with gym, swimming pool, badminton and basketball courts, good walking tracks and play ground for small children.

It is a very good scheme in very reasonable price. Many a Pune Builders can take a leaf out of their execution.

Wall quality is good but finishing is not good, too many damages and weird slants in walls/ceilings. Painted all houses white to mask the damages. Plastering is not even. As usual with all builder never follows timeline and complete handover date is still a dream with all facilities. Some of the materials are sub par and not upto the quality (switch boxes, upvc windows, ..). Room dimensions are not exactly upto the floor plan, 1 2 and few times 8 inch discrepancies from the blueprint. Too many beams/pillars shows up in the rooms.Walls and beams are slant - very shabby work! finishing work never ending since they start from one end and it gets broken from other end due to low quality of whatever is used. No transparency to residents or even the owners. No communication channels with residents/owners. Suggestions from residents or owners falls on ears as if they dont care. Maintenance by builder is not good, trying to save a lot even on that. Created an hygienic space from workers thrash and dwellings are next to the apartment without being cleaned.Such a fame for a builder who doesnt even know how to create straight walls!! I bet he doesnt have filth yard next to his home or slant walls in his home.

Excellent view on entrance,Fair price tag on any size unit/crib ,need to focus more on security surveillance.. visitor parking slot to be enabled inside premises as it’s a unethical to force to park on open area!!

After paying 50L for 2bhk in this avg. apartment, You will get the worst experience.Even for small pending works you need beg them and the team placed at the apartment is the worst responsive. I got frustrated for so many things. And the word Quality is in the words only. My kitchen granite speaks about that......One granite in more than 5 thickness sizes and...........no more comments please
