I own a flat in SK Daisy and this is not just an apartment complex but a family of 170. Every concern is treated with utmost importance, constant work is done on improving quality of life and society. As in every household, here too there are few unsatisfied minds who constantly try to defame their own residence. Can be ignored to live peacefully with positive and happy people.

What a beautiful property, glad to be part of daisy extended family.People are friendly and supportive.Property surrounded with grown tress.SK daisy location will be turned into prime location soon, may be in a year or so.Good quality construction.People from political background may be finding it cheap for me it was affordable only on loan.

One of my best decision for what i never regret is buying my 1st flat in SK Daisy, Compared to any other project near to Electronic city Prime area, this is one of the best affordable project to invest, As promised Builder has delivered all amenities with good quality. Floor plan and other facilities are quite impressive and spacious.We celebrate all festivals and functions together and I must say, i enjoy living here with my family and kid.

I bought a flat in SK Daisy last year and I am happy on my decision. You will get all basic amenities of good qualities. Most of the families here are very helpful and friendly. We celebrate all major festivals together with a lots of fun. I can say this is my extended family.

Its been almost 2 years I got the flat and staying in this apartment. Its a budget friendly flat, the builder is very prompt and gave it to possession on time. This is a nice community found nice family friends with in short time. I am staying in Bangalore more than a decade and I missed many festivals over the years but after joining this community I feel like I am enjoying my days back. Here I found many enthusiasts and we celebrated several events last two years including Ganesh chaturdhi, pongal. I found myself excited to see when it was announced for apartment anniversary day, this is the first society I found of this kind being in Bangalore for more than 13years. As a whole its a nice place to say besides many cultures, events, parties, gatherings along with small chaos often which are silly, funny, bored and may be tempting. You will find people of all kind of mind sets, its up to you with whom you want join😊. At last I am happy with my sweet home.

Few people have provided negative feedback about others which probably must be one of cases and Individual experience. I firmly believe review on public forum should not be to vet out individual differences.I am staying in the apartment for 2 years now. The construction is good and amenities such as pool and Sauna are expectionally good. The surrounding and the walk area with all of flora and fauna has its own beauty. The builder has done a decent job by ensuring minimal space is wasted. Please compare the size and floor plan with builder like Prestige you will notice the place inside the flat is well utilised in SKD.The only problem is there are few people who dont compromise on their comfort zone during the current epidemic situation which unfortunately our association folks are feeling the heat. I guess this is a normal scenario in most of the apartments.I request the few who complain to take up the role in the association...which is an opportunity to look at things from different perspective and I am sure they will start appreciating the controls and efforts put by the association members.

I am living here for past 1.5 yrs, very good apartment, aminities and people. Apartment has lot of trees also, near to neeladri Road but away from all that traffic and rush. Some people seems to be looking for vision and innovation at apartment, I dont need that at home/apartment and I am very happy and peaceful with out that, we all have enough of that at office anyway😊

I am a retired Sr. Scientist of ISRO, Dept. of Space, Govt.of India, Sriharikota. I decided to settle down in Bangalore to spend my balance life peacefully. I spent more than one year since 2017, searching for a such a place. I was also looking for well ventilated flat without common walls with all modern amenities, with all clear documents , important govt. approvals of OC / CC, greenery, connectivity, market, home delivery services , near to bank and Post Office and other services. Such flats are either very far away from city or very very costly, either too big or too small in a congested place.To my surprise SK Daisy met all my requirements that too within my budget. I have not bargained much with the owners S/S Suresh and Naveen who are very nice persons and purchased immediately and settled. Khata transfer is also completed. All residents are very nice and helpful. The Association is doing excellent job to maintain all facilities. Internet and mobile signals are good. Voter ID drive, Aadhar card drive, property tax payment drive etc. were well organised when the officials came to SK Daisy instead of we go around them. Mr.Maniranjan and his friends of SK Daisy brought local MLA and local Panchayath officials for tree plantation who assured all their help. All essential services such as water, milk, food, electricity are good.I have not seen anywhere the reduction of maintenance cost and water charges reduction. Every where they increase. Here reduction happened to our surprise. Water charges reduced more than 50% within last 4 months. Much more wonders are expected to happen.The area is being developed rapidly. Metro work is going on near Electronic City which is near to SK Daisy. The main approach road, called Saibaba Temple road going to Jigani Industrial area is widened due to heavy traffic and many buildings and shops are coming up around us.SK Daisy is one of the best places to stay.

With my last almost 2 year of experience of living here, the most attractive part is the supportive people living here and all live like one big SK DAISY family.

This is a beautifull apartment with all the amenities.The best things that a resident requires in day to day life is present here as 24 hrs power backup, water and security.Also I have not faced any issues from the day I have shifted here. The location of the flat is very nice as there no traffic noise.I shifted to this apartment just before lockdown and i am very happy with this decision.Here I was completely safe as previously I was living in BTM and the place was sealed.Many other apartments have power backup only in the evening but here it is 24 hrs power backup due to which there was no interruption in my office work during lockdown.Also this apartment is surrounded by a lot of trees and there is a walking path around the building that runs under the trees, that makes walking a bliss.Very happy to be here.

Indeed the cost of apartment is low, and lately you will realize that it comes with a cost. Most of the people here are with a typical middle class & medivial class mentality. You wont find innovative thoughts or logical discussions instead you will see WhatsApp patriotism and social service for camera by majority of these people. You wont find visionary people, instead those who wants to settle for a selfish comfortable life. Not recommended for those who are logical, visionary and wants a good constructive environment for their next generation.But in this less price apartment, dont expect too much. Its good for investment, if you want to stay for a short period and later put it on rent or for sale.

Builder has undoubtedly delivered a good job with relation to quality of construction. Aminities are fairly good and maintained properly. The present elected association certainly deserves applause and appreciation for that. The society has diversity of culture and religion and hence, provides good opportunity to children to grow up as an individual with more inclusive mindset. The rich vegetation in and around the society instills a sense of serinity and peace. However, one shouldnt expect this to be akin to GOKUL DHAAM SOCIETY from TV soap TARAK MEHTA KA ULTA CHASHMA, as such society with idealistic degree of pluralism only exists in utopian world. Hope this wont be considered sacrilege.

The apartment is coming out in great shape. The plans are spacious and are vaastu compliant. There is good amount of trees in the campus and promises fresh air. Also plans are in place to keep more plants for oxygen. The corridors are spacious and this ensures good amount of natural light to houses. The best part is no common walls for its apartments. People might feel the location is far and this may be a concern for working Ladies.

The Apartment hosts people from various cultural groups who come from high academic background. Building has been constructed very sensibly and you will find it naturally lit. Surrounded by trees and apartment offering good open air and space, it is a home for a variety of bird community especially pigeons. You will find people here who like simple living no matter what walk of life they come from. The community has been selflessly been involved in helping various environment preservation causes.

Located within 100mts from Neeladri road. BDA approved with OC and CC obtained. Amenities like swimming pool, party hall and gym are still under construction. But the flats are ready to move. Only drawback is that it is located little interior. But budget flats with all clear documents.
