Good experience with booking to registration, loan processing. Construction quality w.r.t plumbing items are of good quality, cpvc windows, teak door, vitrified tiles. Only disappointment is the wall construction and we can see many air cracks. Builder is currently supportive of fixing these. Apart from that ambience and location is good.

I enquired and went on to book Sanjeevini Sanctuary as I really liked the apartment, the quality also seemed to be pretty decent and the location was very good. Though I booked this apartment, it ended up getting canceled thanks to the builders going back on their word.

I have booked a property here all process smooth humble staff to give over all detailed view about the property project completion timeline is December 2021 as per RERA but project is about close before Time by February 2020 ,no delayed work situated very near to the most of all corporate houses (EPIP ZONE) and tech parks good to grab a good deal. The property has received the OC too
