Society is on the main road. Metro work going on. It looks sophisticated society from outer side.

Very very good complex. Very neatly maintained and ambience is awesome. We were there for joining data science course offered by manipal pro learn. What to say iam wordless to see such a good atmosphere. All security measures have been deployed and meet the current requirements. I can say that its pride for me to see such complex. Kudos guys.

I stayed in this apartment for a period of 6 months. Very good management of the apartment premises. All complaints are immediately resolved. Cleanliness is absolutely maintained. Security is also taken care. Overall, a very good management. Cons is due to metro work the pedestrian way to the apartment has been severely compromised and walking has become very difficult. Parking space is okay. We have to walk a minimum of 15 minutes to reach a normal grocery or other stores for daily needs. Otherwise, we are at the mercy of the shop owner in the apartment. Amenities near the apartment are scanty. However, upcoming metro and the proposed station just next to the apartment might negate all the cons and might become one of the most sought apartments in near future.

Good society, has one grocery shop in basement. Little far but peaceful

This place is absolute disaster if you dont have your own power backup set up. for WFH- it has zero power back up facility.Even if the power comes back, its not instant, suppose if you are on wifi calls, you have to reconnect everything-imagine.

Bang on Hosur Road - the main road. Location is great. Divided into 4 blocks of 11 floors each, with 6 apartments in each floor per block. Sufficient space all around the periphery of the blocks to allow those who prefer morning walks. Swimming pool in the centre of the complex with kids pool. Separate enclosure for kids to play football. 24 hour security and parking for visitors. Clubhouse. ATM inside the complex plus provision store which also sells vegetables in the basement. Complete set-up. Good place to live.

Great parking facilities available here. Friendly security staff. Location is accessible from the main road. Manipal Pro learn Academy is located in this building. Both the commercial and residential property are located side by side. Easy to locate the place. Metro construction work is happening currently and hence some difficulty with the entry

Great location. It is near to electronic city as well as kormangala. Currently Metro work is going just outside society gate. So it is difficult to reach there using Google maps. Inside apartments are good. Society is well guarded and safe.

Society looks really good. I was there in the office space that they have, right outside the society & believe me, thats one of the best you can come across.

Good location. Theres Metro work going on in front of the buildings. There is a lot of road work, dug up right now. But, will start looking better once the Metro work progresses.Entry to the buildings is better thru the basement.

Wonderful apartment with good maintenance. Ample facilities with big childrens play area, basketball court, football court, outdoor shuttle court and a well laid club house is a plus. New metro station is an addition.

If any one from outside want to meet manager regarding any permission they cant able to meet, security told that manager told that dont send any one without appointment...I asked security how to take appointment he told search manager number on internet. I asked him to give manager number or connect through intercom or give office number he told manager told not to give number or call.
