Am staying in this apartment for last 2yrs and am fortunate to live here. Many developments being made from last one year. Amenities, garden, gym, swimming pool are extra ordinarily maintained and monitored. Really cool, calm and peaceful ppl around and no noise. I hope this place would be developed more in coming years.

Dont buy or rent this flat... No facility is there ..they will keep false promises.. they charge maintainence so much without giving any facilities. Some of the association members are very stupid who only want to disturb the Tennants ..and when u leave the flat they will create unnecessary actions to disturb . At the time of leaving ,The owner will charge for the things u dont break ..

B Block has beautiful garden, children play area, fabulous fountain, Buddha statue, very good lawn for yoga, senior citizen park, and Hanuman Temple.

Good place with all facilities.. children love the place. Weekend fun based activities Indoor outdoor and includes mini supermarket . Happy to be here !!❤️❤️

I purchased flat in this apartment in June,2018.It is good place with almost all amenities in low budget.Good area nearby Whitfield railway station and upcoming Metro connectivity.Material provided is of good quality as per price perspective.

Good and ventilated flats, amenities possessions still in progress. Rents are reasonable in this gated community. Right choice by the residents who purchased their dream flats here.

Material of this project is excellent and architect is very good.Each and every flat has light and there is no common wall.Jaguar fiting is in each and every bathroom of each flat, generally builder is not providing such type of quality fitting. When we purchage the flat then builder gave me an option to select tiles and paint for our flat.He also given option to change the electric point or add electric point to each and every owner who purchage the flat before furnishing.Some.people is misleading about this project.Please visit once this project to know the reality.

Is there any timeline on project completion?? The project is divided in two parts, part a facing road is complete however part b is still under progress. Builder has told me that the second part belongs to land owner and he has decided not sell it now. Also the work going in part b looks very slow. It could take easily 2 years to complete. I want to know if there is any disturbance from the on going work, thanks

Good property with most of basic amenities like, swimming pool, badminton court, party hall, kids play area, parking etc..GYM is there and machines are in the process of being installed...

I almost tempted to buy an apartment there but backed down at last moment. Locality is still developing. Apartment construction quality is good

Good gated community on Belathur road but little inside with no bmtc facility

Under construction building completing by 2018.Road and location still developing but project is good with luxurious facilities.

Still few of the amenities promised are not finished and the High priority Borewell issues are not yet resolved.No response from the builder (Sesharao, laxminarayana rao and lingaraju) to finish the project and handover to the association..Poor project management and leadership..Ravoos Nandan Apartment Project developed by Jeyalaxmi Projects Joint venture between Sesharao, Laxminarayana rao, Lingaiah alias Lingaraju is in Bad Shape right now even after a year of possession not able to finish the amenities and handover the Project to the association..In order to sale the land owner property, constructing the Fountain and other works in the land owner area of the land instead of finishing the amenities.. Whatever amenities provided also sub-standard in the name sake.Whoever want to buy a property in Ravoos Nandan Apartment, Please take a look into the apartment..
