The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and good. Security guard was extremely rude. The apartment is old but it has its charm. Beautiful garden. Gym could do with some more equipments.

The apartment used to be a good place to stay, now it is around 15 years old. Humble request is dont believe the house owner when you rent a place here, just ask somebody in the apartment for information, I was fooled by the owner I rented a house recently, some days ago there was a huge security incident inside apartment. Now there is a huge water shortage, so do enough research before you take a house here. Even lift maintenance is poor.The amount you give as maintenance is just given as salary to the staff there is no service for the amount given.

One of the best residential places around the vicinity of Electronic City, Bommanahalli, Garvebhipalya.With all the fine amenities(gym, swimming pool, play area, party hall) , this place is definitely a good one to stay.Few shortcomings includes, erratic cutting of power and during summer season, there is a cut for water supply too which is definitely a common story in all the apartments in Bangalore

Its around 17 years old. Maintained ok ok. No much amenities. Parking lot is not being cleaned or washed. Tarrace is being used by kids for cycling. Very old model life. Since only G+4 floors life is not an issue for youths. But aged people will bit struggle in operating the lift. Appertment is located at the dead end of the road. If road is blocked or any maintenance work done by BBMP then reaching main road will be an issue. No option to take alternative road.

There are many things wrong here starting with how old the apartment is 1)The early 2000s model lift doesnt work . Many residents dont properly close the lift in 3rd and 4th floor and elderly people climbing the stairs is a common thing here. At night the lift doesnt even have light. See the pic2)Power backup problems, water problems.3)Garbage collection even though residents properly segregate garbage , they come up with new rules every time and we have to manually go and dispose it.4)With metro construction the entire area has become completely dusty.5)As owners are not getting tenants they rent it out to Bachelors that is another issue.

The worst apartment you will see is this one in Bangalore. No proper maintenance. Security is worst who is always after money, if you don’t give them money they will not treat you properly . This is personal feedback .

A real Apartment Complex at prime location,close to Bommanahalli ....very well managed apartment .Good club house,Swimming pool ,Gym,. At gate only there is Aerobics dance class arena ....Gated community with very good security staffs...Tenants can also get houses at real reasonable price..Power back is there..Water problem is everywhere...but very well communicated in case of water crisis and more tanker filling is done to make sure no one impacted due to water crisis...

Its a well planned residential apartment. With good quality of construction. Nice oof top walking place, small swimming pool , few out door games. Surprisingly, they have provided some guest rooms as well,along with a club house

6 km from forum mall10km from electronic CityCourtyard for every flat.Swimming pool and gym are well maintained.Perfect for family.Water shortage was there due to electric issues in pumping station for South Bangalore.Only security issue faced is two idiots came and took shoes from few flats which were kept outside. They were identified and reported to police with help of CCTV.

Well planned apartments. Well connected within has good ventilation. Except the approach which could have been better, within the apartment and outside the apartment as well.

I have lived here for a while and its an awesome place. Small but comfy is a good way to describe it. It has a swimming pool, club house, basketball/football ground and theres even a local store connected to the building which is very convenient. There are 4 floors including the terrace.

Utter nonsense. You must consider the fact that security is ready to cut the power at any given point and the society owners are not ready to listen to anything you say. Also, this place is prone to flooding. The guards dont even allow food deliveries inside the complex. Think multiple times before moving here, even though it might seem lucrative at first.

It is a pretty old apartment, just moved in a few months ago. Do not pay heavy rent to stay here, you will have lot of other expenses to repair leakages, plumbing etc. in the building itself. There is a garbage collection center near to apartment which is not at all hygienic. Through out the year they are cutting water from 11 at night to 6 in the morning, so big families and those with guests find it difficult. Because of metro construction there is a heavy dust in the area. Quality of tap water is also not good. Some security issues were also reported as the association does not spend money to hire proper security groups, but are still continuing with the old group of employees. Location is an advantage of this place.

Wonderful place to live

Security, caretakers and association all are not effective. Nowadays there is no water supply from 11 PM at night till morning. The association takes some decisions like this and all have to obey them. The water scarcity created by the association is just a false news, I have many friends staying in the nearby apartments no-where you can see this kind of water stoppage. The maintenance money given is a complete waste. Most of the owners of this apartment are just renting out the flats here and happily staying somewhere, so dont expect any help from the owner.

Very good place to stay and I would tell no other apartment has the plan like this where the kids can play in the corridor and lighting is very good. Every space in the apartment / inside the house can be utilized . The accessibility is good and its on the National Highway

Think twice before you rent or buy flat in this apartment. I would have given 5 star 2 years ago when I started living here, as it has greenry, nice terrace space for walking. But 2017 onwards it has become worse place to stay. 5 months of water shortage even in rainy season, poor society committee for solving any issue and finally there is big sewer adjacent to apartment boundary, which was broken and apartment got flooded.

It used to be a better place . Main and common problem is water shortage . They ll turn off the water valves all night . The association spends money on electricity and other expenses for festivals and celebrations. I hope water is basic human need rather than festival.

Lived here for 6 months. Pleasant place to stay. Roof top gives you lovely experience with wonderful view of Tall Greenage apartment buildings, IBIS hotel on one side and passing Electronics City flyover on other side. Swimming pool serves children well. Gym is useless. Table tennis table they mention will be invisible. Badmintion court is worthless. Can play basketball in the same place. Maintenance is average. Parking lot is good.

Please stay away from the apartment if you are planning to rent it. Dont even think about buying any flat here. 2 weeks ago(sep 27) due to the poor quality of construction of the wall, between apartment and sewage canal, broke and all the water from the sewage entered the basement almost all the vehicles in the apartment were damaged. The sad part is it is happening for 3 rd time in this apartment. The residents are spending lakhs of Rs for repairing their Cars. I have vacated this apartment currently but few of the owners still staying in the apartment is trying to find new tenants at high rates. You can find houses easily at Rajarjaheswari for 13k-14k with maintainance

Worst place to live. Flood flood. Be careful those who are searching for rent. In September 2017 flooded because of poor compound wall. I spent 70K for my car to service. Please dont go for rent or buy the house. Thouse who are giving rating 5 may thet are owners looking for rent please dont belive it. It is worst appartments in the World. Water problem Daily morning 1 hr and evening 1 hr water will come. Security people will expect Money to do small work also.

Great Society. Great environment. And if you want to invest in home(2bhk = 40-41L), then this place may be good for you... Because it is 100m inside from the main Hosur HightWay and in next few years (2/3) metro lan will be added so the valuation of the area gonna high. Mandi Bazar is also near from here so if you wanna buy vegetables then you can get them easily. Plus almost every basic necessary thing you can find from around 3/4km. Its a great.
