One of the most mismanaged apartment complexes... You will suffer if you buy or rent one here ... Water available here is one of the hardest I have experienced, plumbing issues and hairfall is common... The estate manager does not know his job and the people managing him are equally the same... The maintenance for a 2bhk is 3200 per month and god knows how they are utilising it as there is no financial clarity and amenities are mediocre... Just stay away!

Good space utilization. No common walls between apartments on same floor so pretty quiet ambience. Extra Wide balcony space to soak up some sun. Reasonably priced apartment in an insanely priced locality.

Good place bit away from the main roads and traffic. Its a developing locality. There are lot of schools, hospitals, supermarkets, temples around. Flats are well designed and have almost all amenities like gym, indoor games, swimming pool, CCTV, 24/7 Security etc..

The society is really good but the infrastructure of the house is good with everything except the way the have built the washroom . Other than that everything is great you have swimming pool for adults n kids, park for kids , you have gym and everything huge place for parking

Good place to stay, the over all quality is good for the entire complex and is maintained well, only issue is for public transports in the area. if you have a private vehicle then no issues would arise.
