Myself Nambiraja (Civil Engineer) - Assistant Executive Engineer.i booked a flat in pragathi Amber. This is a luxury apartment and construction is under progress, They are having 4 blocks total i think 180 units. i visited their site frequently, their construction quality is good. Their marketing staffs Mr suresh and Mr Sharath was very kind and responded properly. Due to this Covid, all the construction works are getting delay. hopefully they may handing over the flat in given time.yesterday i visited their again and their finishing work was very good in block A.i will update my further visit comments in future.Thanks to SLV Concrete for giving the good community.

Community that is under construction. The layout plans are good and they offer good rate per sqft. Close to Brookfield schools. Vans of other schools are available in this community. The quality of construction is good.

Nexus of fraud people. The marketing team Triaxis will lie to the fullest to sell the flats but will wash its hands if any issues comes up. Their standard response would be to check with the builder directly. Ask anyone who have purchased through them and invested in Prakruthi Solitaire (their earlier project)

Triaxis - Their marketing partner will promise you heaven but deliver hell. They will try to sell appartment with high promises of their support but as soon as money is paid they will not even recognise you. Will then start blaming the builder for non delivery. Also they have always a habit of giving the completion date as within next 6 months.Check with residents of Prakruthi Solitaire as to how triaxis duped them.On the builder - no additional comments to make other than that they are just like their marketing partners. They will deliver nothing close to what they promise. Quality and Safety of the appartment is always compromised.

One of the worst builder I have ever seen. Lock your money in Nandhini property and become a part of big fraud.Have value for your money do little research about this builder before you spend your life time savings.Few of his recent projects you might wanted to investigate1. Nandhini Ananthara Villa, Nelamangala2. Prakruthi Solitaire, Electronic city

Hi ..all...Pragathi amber is a perfect investment. My budget was very low and I purchased a studio apartment in my budget with pre launch offer . .I have compared projects in around ananth nagar. I am happy with construction and project management. I can see the work progress regularly as I am staying in near by apartment.Eithesh , I saw your review . Have you received Raj Kaluve NOC. I didnt know much about on going Raj kaluve issue in Bangalore. can you pls confirm.RegardsJana

Extremely poor builder, he will promise something which will not be mentioned in legal agreement, deviate from his approved plan, use substandard quality. Please please visit earlier properties done by this builder before Investing your hard earned money
