Literally to be honest this apartment is such a good and tricky apartment, as of my experience I literally walked for 15 mins just to find the staircase but the environment and all other stuffs are awesome and security guards are good maintained and helps for any query

The apartment is very well maintained. Its neat and tidy. The association members are very active and are focused on building a good community. Majority of the residents are working population and are from good background. The security is 24/7 and are alert at all times. Facilities include - 2 gyms, a swimming pool, 2 childrens play area, basement parking is available for residents whove opted for it.

I love this place and it had amazing infrastructures and it has been built in a very awesome way a gorgeous apartment and the structure is also amazing and all have been well planned and built Hats of to the construction industry 👌👌👌

Oceanus Greendale is a beautiful residential complex in the Horamavu area. But due to the high level of internal politics within the building association, basic amenities that the residence pay for religiously, are in complete shambles. As a concerned resident this sad state of affairs is extremely disheartening. The pool within the building has been shut down due to some petty personal disagreements between the presidents of the association for the past two months and is currently liable to become a mosquito infested health hazard (check the picture), as well as many other concerning security and maintenance issues. But residents seem to be completely unconcerned for the health and safety of the many children living there. I urge that the matter addressed and the building association maintain the complex to the expected standards and show value for the money being paid towards these facilities.

A nice High rise apartment having all facilities for their residents. This is located off nice road junction on Mysore road. The apartment has 24/7 security who are well trained. A recommendable apartment as it has good neighborhood.

We went there to attend my colleagues daughters first birthday party. The place was a bit interior from the ORR but it made the place more peaceful. Far from the noisy, polluted areas, this place is really quite and serene. Large drive areas for vehicles, security checkpoints near the blocks, cement flooring, tennis court, large swimming pool are the main points which I noticed and liked. It looks like they are well maintained. The party hall where the function was conducted was small which I feel not good. Not only the seating capacity but also 2 pillars in the hall damaging the party hall view. They named blocks with nice flower names like Lotus, Tulip etc. which I feel a bit different than other projects. Each block is around 10-11 flooring and each floor has around 4 flats. All together there are around 400 flats in this Phase-1 and 2 together.

Very convenient for people working in RMZ Infinity, Manyata Tech Park and Bagmane Tech Park.Bypannahalli Metro Station is reachable with auto and bus. Only inconvenience is to reach nearby bus stand. You will have to walk, or take auto till bus stand.Otherwise all amenities (gym, swimming pool, and others) are available. Cleaning and Security is very much in place.If you dont mind walking a little, then you will enjoy your stay at this place.

Wonderful apartment complex at a budget. This 400 apartment community has all amenities, and not just namesake - a large swimming pool, tennis court, 2 gyms, 1 large and 2 small party halls, guest rooms, creche and supermarket. The only drawback is that it is about 1.5 Km from the ORR, and connected by narrow roads that get clogged at peak hours.

The Apartments itself are good enough, but the approach roads are next to hell with terrible traffic jams at RM Nagar, it being the only major approach road due to work at Horamavu Railway Crossing. The location also is not great, with too many houses inside, being very crowded. Overall 3.8
