Residential area full of greenary... Lovely place.. though building and appartments are quite old but good place to live. Communication is good.

One of the best places for middle class families the greenery surroungings is unbelievable.Lot of children playing around snd they love it.Kept clean and no water problem.

Beautiful place to call home

Its clean and they maintain hygiene. Security is quite good parking also is fine and cost is expensive when we compare it with other similar apartment so, they should charge as it cost in this area. You can visit as well.

It is located at the dead end of the street next to brandfactory in kathriguppe. It also has a ladies Pg. The gym facility is available. The swimming pool is dry. There is no water. The housing and rent has to be checked in with the apartment owner.

The flats dont have proper ventilation and appear to be haphazardly arranged; the entrance to individual blocks is improperly lit and looks more like a wind tunnel.

One of my aunt stays there.. have been visiting this place for more than 12yrs.
