2 stars for location and the outdoor/indoor amenities provided.The project design is pathetic to say the least. Let me point out some points for you.1. There are no entry points into the building from ground floor. You have to go through basement (under-ground parking) to get to your flat.2. The corridor provided is merely 4.3 feet (not even enough for two healthy person walk side by side). You will face problem s while shifting in with your big furniture.3. The items provided is of below par standards. ( The washbasins, faucets and the water closets are the cheapest you can find(from hindware).4. Walls all around! If there are any space inside the building they have a plan to build a wall there soon! Its so closed of that sunlight is a luxury. They want to build as many flats/units as they can.5. With all these considered they are overpriced.Note- please visit the project yourself and then make your decision.

Its good property in budget and have good indoor and outdoor amenities advantage in this Main Road and A, Khata and BBMP Approved.Value for the money with hosts of the amenities.
