The society is good, flats are spacious but i think the built quality could have been little better but never mind. The society has a small descent pool which is good for weekend swimming and if you are regular swimmer, you can not count on it. The society also has one small gym which is mostly out of maintainance.But this is decent place to live on outer ring road. But this area is getting more and more crowdy as compared to when i moved here around 3 years back. It is really difficult to commute out of TC Pallya main road towards Ramamurthy Nagar and same is the scene towards old madras road.
