BEWARE: Stay away from this place. The owner will come across as very friendly in the beginning but once you move in you will see a different side. We had to vacate the place in a few months because of the constant interference by the owner who lives on the top floor. He would not allow any external maid and the maid he got us, he would call in the middle of the work and then you have to keep waiting. As you can see in the reviews this place is a nightmare to live in because of the owner behaviour. All the positive reviews are very obviously fake and written by the owners friend and family members.

We were staying at Libra Enclave, Kasturinagr when I worked at Bangalore. Decent apartments. Owner is straight forward and well educated Industrialist. He wont entertain mischievous things and strictly follows as per agreement terms.

Worst place to live in.. owner didnt pay full security and behaved like a goon.. please beware and stay away.. actually I wanted to rate 0 but no option yet for that ..

Just not recommended!!! Had a really bad experience staying at this place. The flat is poorly maintained, owner charges dubious amounts for maintenance and expects only cash payments, lift is mostly out of order and there’s no standard security. Had a tough time recovering the deposit, despite giving notice & post agreement expiry and didn’t even receive an appropriate amount as the owner charged for random stuff that never existed in the house at the time of moving in. So, please be extra careful and record each and every corner of the house else, you will have to face the drama later. Owner is not at all professional and uses cheap tactics to get away with the deposit money.

We living here since very long we never found any issue with any of the maintenance nor with any of the ownerWell in this 1 month span reviews people are sharing all false reviews from their family members and claiming the owner is hard to handle1stly if we tenants maintained house as they provided to us when we move in why will the owner deduct from your security amount ???If we just escape without informing the damage happened from your end for their amenities definitely they will charge you for same

My family had a very bad experience with the owner. Charged them for things that never existed in the house when they vacated.I would not recommend renting this place.

We stayed at Libra Enclave at B Channasandra, Kasturinagar . 3 bhk sohistcated . Good residential locality. Owners are decent persons.

Poorly maintained house. No fixed maintenance cost, owner will quote approx. 2k but will charge 4k as maintenance once you move in. Didnt refund the appropriate security amount. Deducted amount for dubious repair work over and above 1 month additional rent mentioned in the agreement. While moving out, owner deliberately switched off the power supply to the lift, due to which we were forced to use stairs to move out the goods. Beware before signing agreement, as the owner uses tactics to limit your claim on tax exemption for house rent. Avoid living on rent here under all circumstances.

The landlord is a rather difficult man to deal with, to put it politely. This rental house comes with a regular headache related to house maintenance and other needs you might have.

Very bad experience in dealing with landlord by my family.

It has all the 3 BHK flats with approx 1500sqft carpet area, modular kitchen. And you have parking facilities for 4 wheeler on extra charges.Rent varies from 25k-30k + maintenance charges (5k-7k) monthly + parking charges (3k monthly) + electricity charges ( based on usage 1200 approx).Yearly rent surcharged by 5k monthly approx.Flat comes with fans, tubelights, chimney,geaser, lift facilities.
