Builder GR Promoters represented by Ms. Geetha Rammohan and her husband N. Rammohan are big time cheats. I currently reside here and am sharing my own experience for others to be cautious and not to be cheated by this duo. They are wolves in sheep skin and are in RE sector only because of their greed for money and more money. They have done only few projects and all were a sham. They give false promises, excuses and are sweet talkers. Beware of them. They have not provided amenities as promised, no fire safety work, leakage and seepage everywhere, low quality work and the project has major deviations. This is a very unsafe project and we live here as we do not have much choice. All our requests and pleas are unanswered as they already got what they wanted from us MONEY. There was even a fire reported today in the electrical panel and the builder has not completed fire fighting work or provided any fire fighting equipment. We have already spent a lot for making this place a bit safe and livable apart the EMIs we pay. There are cases against them in courts as they had abandoned the Project in 2015 and till date nothing has been done. Do not fall in their trap and do the same mistakes that we did. All the positive reviews are all paid by the builder to better their rating.

Not at all good. Premise is not maintained properly. Elevator run by God Grace. You can stuck any time there. Check-in elevator at own risk

I cant believe we dont have anything less than 1 star to rate for this builder. Very sweet talkers, and will convince you that its best project to buy.. but this project is now delayed by more than 3 years, and no hopes of getting to a closure. Almost no, work being done in the bldg, leaving no hopes for the project to be completed.

Hi All, I would like to bring this matter to your notice that someone had created fake id in my name and posted the fake review. This review had been posted to create nuisance here. Any way I am investigating on this and will take a legal step against those people. Please dont count that review while making ur buying decision. It is good place to live.

I booked my new flat in Gr queens pride ,which is quiet good and less expensive, you can say within a budget. Builder providing all basic facilites with flat is near to school, market ,college ,bank. Very impressive location. Construction in full swing . Progress is impressive, Everything seems perfect.

The apartment from inside is a good one but the exterior is incomplete because of some builder and flat owners conflict. If that is sorted then a very good property.

Builder is a fraud.. the good post you are seeing from advertising firms to sell her unsold flats. The situation can be seen if some one visit .. the builder ran away from her responsibilities..big failures in their adventures. Buy the flat if you have total unused/useless money.

I was searching a good flat with all facilities from a long time but did n’t found any ,some time because of possession, rates, floor always they are the facts and I also take a look of gr promoters begur road projects, its look nice and facilities are also good but surprised with payment plan and budget.It’s a nice affordable project.

Hated it. No cleanliness. Lift wasnt working. Located in a village.
