I am one of many aggrieved buyers from this fraudulent builder. Poorest quality of construction coupled with delay in non completion of many of the amenities..Also they are hands in glove with SBI and Aadhaar Housing finance to cheat the customers by way of mortgaging the already sold flats to obtain further loans !

Not even worth single 🌟. Poor quality of work it is almost 3years now, most of the amenities are not started, and few provided are not in working condition.Stay away from this builder.

Wort builder, i have ever seen in my life. Has not delivered the project on time and take all money on time without fail :(All basic things like (AC point, mosquito net with sliding window) builder doesnt give and if you want then they charge extra amount. Refer extra charge image. you will get mad after reading it.And if you say you dont want then they will not give a money refund all.The only intention of the builder is to blackmail customer and take extra money as much as possible.

The builder is horrible. They do not deliver whats been promised. None of the aminities promised by them is done (more than 10). People are staying for over a year work is not completed. Please do not go for this builders property. They just dont wlfinish their work, in fact its been removed from their To Do List

Very bad quality work from builder and hasnt completed anythng what was promised as amenities.Please be cautious while picking the flat as a whole lot of amenities were promised but hardly one or two of which are ready.

Builder hasnt delivered what he promised. He doesnt listen to buyers. All the rosy stuff is just to sell the appt. No amenities built yet. Many of the promised stuff is already removed from the plans and then he shamelessly says that he never promised those. The quality of material is bad. The workers are totally ignorant on how to fix a problem.

Go for this project only if this is the last project left.. builder is horrible nd had done a very pathetic job.. cracks have started to show up in the first few months.. most of the promised amenities have not been started nd very unlikely to come.. work is progressing slower then snails pace.. so, if you have earned your money nd not won in a lottery, thn this should be the last project worth considering..

Promised amenities missing even after paying the value for the flats When queries are raised to the Site Supervisor on any issues pertaining to the flat the response recieved was this property is BUDGET FLAT and you expect things to be closed.
