I just pass by this building as it is close to where I work. It is a very well designed building with a view to the lake. I only wonder of the stench emanating from the rajakaluve that is built quite close to this site.

Building is good. But one gate is inside bilekahalli which I think is not that much great for cars due to Jam due to smaller roads in front of it.Flats are nice. Amenities are very good.

Just wish they had a better view n there were no garbage n pigs in front of it

Apartment looks really great from the outside, but if youre planning to buy please visit couple of houses n then decide as it looks normal if its not furnished, not sure whether there was a lake at the place before it was build so I suggest to do the background verification before buying or renting.

My aunt lives here. Its an amazing place. It has a swimming pool and a club house.P.S. There is a club house but the pool take is broken and if you want to play any of the indoor sports then you will have to bring your own gear.

Nice, good parking for owners. They provide parking for even two of four wheelers per owner in the parking area. Security is very strict. Provision for visitors parking is there.
