I have booked 3BHK recently in Concorde Auriga. No doubt Concorde is reputed builder but the price range you have for on the road property is very attractive. Also the best in class amenities is hot selling point. Structure of the flats are quite unique in design where you will get sun lights to all your bedrooms, living area and kitchen all the time (except night :P). Good effort by the Architect team.No doubt Saagar and Akshay are the two key folks I met when I visited the property and they have been really helpful.Hoping to get my dream on time :)

Firstly I would like to tell u that this is an excellent project by Concorde group and it is located in medehalli Kr Puram.The property comes with great amenities and it is a lake view project, both the ends you have the lake view which is really beautiful.I would request you all to go give it a look and you will feel like buying one as this has 90%open spaces and the location is just excellent and has great connectivity too.

I booked a 3bhk at the end of 2019 at pre launch, I found this interesting than any other nearby projects. It certainly has an edge on several parameters. As on date I am quiet satisfied with the progress and growth on my investment. Visit once you too will find this project a worth buying.

The highlight of this project us the price offered on the location. Nearby projects are priced near to 5k / sqft but this project offers something close to 4.5k. The build and amenities are not a question here because Concorde as a builder has trusted projects like manhattans and others under its belt.The UDS offer is slightly less on this project but overall the project is bound to appreciate in price by the time it completes!

Firstly, I am really surprised looking at the number of positives feedbacks here. Not sure if it’s true even. Some key things I noticed when I visited Concorde Auriga.1. The model flat floor to ceiling height is around 11 feet which is not the actual height one will get in the flat. This makes the model flat airy and big which is falsifying the original look2. The marketing guys (Akshay and Sagar) claim it to be a 5 acre property which is not what is in the RERA. It’s well below 4.5 acres.3. Small kitchens and small bedrooms. They have put dorm beds in 2nd bedroom to make it look spacious. In the 3rd bedroom they have a office setup which is to hide the fact that the room will be less spacious when you have a cot put in the room.4. The watch tower position is shifted from entrance outside to entrance inside left. This is not prominent looking anymore. But they don’t say this out loudly.5. Really bad lake water smell. No standard grocery shops nearby.6. Both Sagar and Akshay are clearly creating an urgency for homers to make fast decisions. Both these guys are rude and lack the etiquette’s required for a good sale person. They are biased. You will observe it when you have a couple of people visiting the property at the same time.

I love the staff. They listen to you and fix any problems you have.This property as well is great!

However we lovedConcorde.Firstly its a category A builder and then amenities and the property location(on the Highway) is the USP.Akshay and Sufiya were very patient and understanding to all our concerns.Had uber experience. Good project but no Pre EMI scheme.

Perfect site with lake side view and there is a lake on both sides of the road.The site is placed in such a way that all flats will have full day light and get proper sunlight. Also no big project would come besides this area as all are small plots sorrounded to this project

I bought a 2 bhk here, l must say the Concorde group has very professional sales and operational teams, they are very helpful, understands things from our end, especially Akshay from sales helped me a lot in purchasing the desired unit, kudos to him🙂.The Demo flat is getting ready, hopefully itll be completed soon.Location is very good and the construction work started, hope it will be delivered on Oct 23 as the concorde promises that never delay their project.

The project looks good, location is great, bang on the main road. Good developer. Pricing is very attractive compared to projects which are slightly inside. I would recommend.

I booked an apartment in Concorde Auriga a prelaunch project. The amenities are on offer in the apartment are outstanding. I am happy with the location because it ensures better connectivity to all places.

We were searching prpoperty for long. This project is perfectly positioned and very good view. The experience with the group executive is good so far.

Concorde group has done everything in their power to ensure that there is complete transparency about the policies and structural designs that establish long-standing relationships.

As of today project is still in prelaunch status, not sure when they are going to launch. Location is ideal for the buyers who would travel to Andhra and working at ITPL. Lake facing would be little seanic.

I booked a 3bhk, one and a half years back at pre launch phase after I did an extensive research on other nearby projects like Pashmina and Monarch. It certainly was leading on multiple parameters even before launch. After 1.5 years I can say I am quiet satisfied with the progress and growth on investment. If the project is completed on time as promised before Covid it would be really great.

I recently visited this project site. For me, the location is perfect. Its located bang on Old Madras Road, KR Puram - close to Whitefield, Mahadevapura and KR Puram Bridge.

Convenient location. The project is near to Satsang Vihar and Jain temple, also supermarkets, vegetable shops, bakeries are located nearby areas.

Location is Good, But the Smell from the Lake is a big concern. It Stinks as you pass through the Highway.
