A short walk from Trinity Circle metro station on MG road, Bangalore, India: Century Park Apartments is a beautiful colonial style gated community, built in the mid 1990s. Enter under a canopy of soothing bamboo groves and the citys traffic noise and bustle gets muffled as you walk onto a charming podium garden that is filled with flowers and greenery, butterflies and birds. Eco conscious residents keep maintaining and upgrading the construction and amenities on a regular basis. Options to exercise are plenty with a well maintained swimming pool; a gymnasium; a pathway for walking that meanders through the complex; and childrens play areas with slide and swings, and a basketball court; which keep the 100 residents happy and content. Century Park Apartments is a delight to visit and a joy to live in.
A beautiful gated community in the heart of Bangalore. A definite place to be if you don’t mind a slightly older property with everything nearby.Building: (4/5)Yes, the building may have an older construction but given the recent coat of paint and refurbishing both inside and out, this place is looking like new. The architecture is great and incase you manage to get a hold of a house with a bigger balcony facing the pool, you are in for a real treat. During the rains this place comes alive almost giving you the feeling of being in a hill-stationAmenities: (4/5)There are a bunch of things this gated community offers including a gorgeous pool as well as a kiddie pool. It has a playground for the kids and a relatively nice walk way around the small community. There is parking in the basement and lifts for every block. There is also a very good garbage segregation system for those who are more environmentally conscious.Environment: (6/5)Honestly the reason I would give this a 6/5 for how gorgeous all the trees and plants are in this community. Each owner is also so conscious about maintaining their own greenery that the entire place is sprawling with wonderful flora and fauna. One must truly see it to believe it. It’s what attracts me to this place all the time.It is also super close to everything - walking distance from Garuda Mall for a movie, or Arbour for a beer. You name it, this place is close to it.Summary: (5/5)If you are fortunate to get a flat here, then please do take it. Granted there are parts of the building that are older, the interiors of your house can always be invested in and upgraded. But the trees and plants would take years to get to this level for some of the other newer properties. Highly recommended.
Best place to live in blore just purely amazing
Beautiful residential complex
B132 - stay away from renting here. This thieving Thakur makes yogi Adityanath look like an actual saint.
Great place to stay in Bangalore. Right in the centre of the city. Malls, multiplexes, restaurants, metro stations are all within waking distances. Though the streets around are quite busy, it is still very quiet inside the apartments.
Nice place at heart of city
Would love to live here...
One of the oldest gated apartments of Bangalore with access to mg road and and other nearby shopping destinations. The serenity and calmness of this place is something that you wont find in any apartment styled complexes.
Looking like a small apartment from outside, but inside is very big and beautiful plots
Heart of the city.. Prime location... good apartment...
Old building with lots of cracks and leakages, every couple of years residents have to cough up lakhs of rupees on repair work to cover up the flaws. Illegal 4th floors and pent houses, Bbmp has already demolished it once but it was constructed back again, presently there’s a case going on in the court OS# 25432/2017 against the illegal constructions.
Well laid out spacious old style apartments with all amenities
Century Park is one of the oldest gated communities in Bangalore. Strategically located on Richmond Road (at the beginning of Richmond Road & a mere 600 metres from MG Road), Century Park is a luxury apartment complex from the IBC Group.A luxurious complex with a swimming pool, club house, gymnasium and a well manicured gardenscape make it a sought after destination for people seeking the good life. The Century in the name is actually derived from the 100 apartments it houses. The apartment complex contains 2BHK, 3BHK apartments and 4BHK Penthouses. Its also well administered and despite being an old construction, it still keeps a premium look.Another plus is that its walking distance to many facilities like:- Convent of St. Briggita- Holy Trinity Church- Hosmat Hospital- 1 MG Mall- Garuda Mall- Trinity Metro Station- Taj Residency (now Vivanta)- Oberoi Hotel- Adigas- Kids Kemp- Banks like Standard Chartered, HDFC, Kotak, etc.Housed opposite the apartment complex is the Karnataka State Reserve Police Quarters.
