Ajmera infinity is awesome place to stay ,full of Greenery,best place for children to play.I stayed here for 1 year,but stay in rent if the owners are trusted people.Its already 6 months owner has not returned my security deposit,I have been following him for 6 months but no reply also the Ajmera Association people and the Ajmera Association people will also not help u once you leave the house.Never stay here if you find the owner is not good.

Did not like the behaviour of CRM team. We knew flats are there for sale from their residents/owners of the flats, and we went for a site visit. The security did not let us enter and we called up a CRM member. On the call he asked what you want and told no flats are available.

First-time we did Durga Puja & it was an excellent event with hundreds of spontaneous spectators

There is no problem when it comes to car parking....Very much systematic when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness, segregating the garbage, security is strict which is very much necessary....Its a apartment which youll feel proud to stay in...Ample of facilities are available thereby creating a very much lively environment within the apartment as well as outside too.... .

Awsm.place to live in. Has swimming pools(2 one outdoor , one indoor and heated).,Table tennis, lawn tennis, mostly all outdoor sports.

Good apartment to live but has many hidden charges which are annoying. You need to pay 1k as a moving charges to Ajmera association. You cant move in or out on Sunday. You need to pay 2k move out charges. And if you try to move out on Sunday they will charge you 4k 😠 they literally do nothing to help moving in or out but charge outrageous money. Every other apartment security gate accept your deliveries but in Ajmera you need to pay in mail room to collect your deliveries.Other than that it is a nice place for a family as they have many amenities and good security.

Awesome Place. Very Beautiful complex. Has got swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, skating rinks etc for children and also grocery stores within the complex. Beautifully decorated. Overall a perfect place to both stay alone and also raise your children.

It is almost an end of the city where this apartment is located. Keeping that in mind I would rate it as a reasonably well built apartment with impressive club house facilities. Though now a days this area has grown very substantially. Just adjacent to the apartment a small bazaar has come up where you can have almost everything for routine life. Other day I had gone towards that side in search of a bouquet and luckily I got to find a florist shop.

The best ever society in Electronics city. Almost all amenities available for a standard living. Located at a prime location which is near to most of the IT industries. The society is well guarded by well trained guards and there is 24/7 security. CCTVs play an active part in security.Rent is very high.

I stayed in Ajmera infinity apartments for around 3 months and I enjoyed my stay. Basically I way staying with my family (brother-in-law, my elder sister and my nephew) so I dont know about the expense for staying in this apartment. But I can tell you one thing that the security is very strict and there are lots of other facilities like volleyball, football, basketball place. Gym which is open from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Electricity backup is also there. You can find medical store, laundry, grocery store within the colony, and there is one food stall which provides breakfast and evening snacks.

Conveniently located near major offices in Electronic city. The apartments are huge - some 20+ blocks. Amazing amenities and maintenance. There is sports ground to play cricket and football. Rent is bit on the higher side though.

A great apartment built with high quality material, now run by a cesspool of egotistical organutans who know nothing about facility management or security. Both the association and property management are either oblivious or have a really low IQ. Most of the 5 star reviews are from association asking owners to do it or tenants being asked by landlords. 80% of 5 star reviews were from a time before these donkeys took over property management, if you ask them to revisit their review, this property will have a rating under 2.5

Is there any badminton court inside ?If yes , is it allowed for outsiders to book and play ?

For those who work in Electronic City, Ajmera infinity is a good choice for accommodation. Rents are bit high, but the environment is excellent. Especially the Villas are for those who would like to have a stylish living. Maintenance and water charges are high and some issues with the builders remain to be sorted out regarding the amenities, I heard.

Apartments are pretty good and at reasonable price. For the amount of money charged for maintenance, the security is not as good.All basic facilities are available and well serviced.

I love living here. Most of the facilities currently available r OK. Sometimes lights on streets, steps before entering some blocks are not immediately replaced when they were fuse.Security arrangements so for so good. I want to know about house maids engaged for domestic purposes are properly registered with the area Police Station or not?. Rest everything is fine.

I think we can call it a most happening place in neeladri road😝. All people roam around here and hang out. There are plenty of options inside ajmera to eat snacks, dining etc.

A Land mark in Electronic city. Nice apartment, with all amenities. And on facing block has good restaurants. The apartment located on the heart of Neeladri Road accessible to electronic city offices, shopping and restaurants. But the road is in the pathetic condition, too much traffic and pollution.

Good society as such but we had a bad experience!. There is this person called Chandru who handles all the sales and rent section but the guy doesnt seem to care about his clients, he first assures the house and then he doesnt reply to our phone calls at all! Why assure a house in first place then! Guy doesnt call back nor he allows us to talk in person when we try to visit him. We had extremely bad experience ... He seem to favor renting flats as a PG rather than to a couple owing bigger chunk in brokerage (only guessing). The society deserves a better sales guy.
