Take pics of damage items and soIn short make sure you have all the proofs so they dont get chance to deduct your deposit money.Else Ill suggest to go to some pg nearby Or flats.Flat will be reduce the cost and increase the savings.

Nice place for short duration, place isnt well cleaned. There are cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. They are every time short on inventory of the basic amenities. No one is taking care of the RO machine, there is insect inside it.

Please never go or stay in zolo properties especially in zolo vruksham. I was having the worst experience over there. I came to zolo vruksham in November during that everyone more concerned about hygiene and sanitization they didnt even made the room cleaned my shelf, it was filled with previous person stuff I cleaned it myself and they dont even do regular housekeeping.

One of the worst PG ever !! Please dont prefer Zolo properties. Reasons not to stay here : worst hygiene, no proper maintenance, stealing delivery packages that too Zolo house keeping person does that and no proper response from customer care !! The refund process is very delayed and its a highly expensive place with nothing done properly !!

Too expensive for what it offers. Zolo management is just half a step short of con men - specially when you decide to move out and want your deposit back.

Beautiful double sharing flats. Fully Furnished. Walkable to workplace.

Centrally located near Jeevan bheema nagar bus depot, which has frequent buses. The property is new and managed by Zolo. They maintain the property very well. We just have to live there. The only con is you will have to cook your own. Suggested to people who intent to cook their own or order online. There is stilth parking avait so suitable for ppl with vehicle as well.

Spacious Single and twin sharing flats close to Indiranagar. Neat and clean. Convenient to workplaces like Bagmane and Intel.

Great accomodation which is close to Bagmane and EGL offices. Good connectivity as it is right opposite to bus stand and easy access to good restaurants in Indiranagar/100 ft road.
