Good apartment complex for families with children play area and clubhouse. Electricity supply is not stable with lot of fluctuations. Security and housekeeping is good.

This apartment is quite spacious compared to others with similar pricing. I recently flew from Dubai to home town Bangalore and had a chance to visit the site. I like the quality of material used for the project. I would like to speak to some regarding the purchase.

If waking up to birds chirping is your remedy then you should definitely visit this property once. And moreover its located at a place which is very close to Manyata Tech park and airport road, so my daily commute just become easier.

I can see a lot of fake 5 Start reviews floating around about this project. Let me tell you upfront, the project has delayed by a good 12 months. I am the first hand buyer in the project and the builder has not lived up to the promises he has made.Looks like they have lost interest in the project and delaying the final completion. It is my hard earned money so I want builder to come clean on the unexplained delays and be more accountable.

Community is good with all required amenities. However there are too many rules and regulations, residents (especially tenants) feel really annoyed with the unnecessary ridiculous restrictions.I feel society as such is not friendly, a clear distinction between owners and Tenants. Facility manager is arrogant, calls up every now and then, demand Fine for something or other.

Living here will give you resort like feeling, for sure. My relatives stay here. I like it every time I come here. Beautiful Villas

The buyers were promised that good roads ll be laid before the project completes. It has been more than a year since ppl started living here. The access road to the apartment is in extremely poor condition. Full of mud and it gets extremely worse during rains. High chance of skidding while driving. Impossible to walk during rainy days. Vajram have been giving false promises about roads. I m not sure if the photos of the road I uploaded here will come live. If not, mail me, I can fwd!! There are still more open issues which vajram hasnt addressed yet.Dont fall for the 5star reviews here. most probably, they are fake.

Great place to stay...near to manyata tech park..Near to airport..Good schools,colleges around...Good hotels,Picture hall around...

Unexplained delays, unexplained advancement of deadlines, no communication wrt delay, lack of transparency, non existent customer service. Vajram lack professionalism.
