Amazing view of city, it is built on hill.. Very good entry to the property, awesome balcony with City and hills view. Tata brand and supportive staff. All in all- its a dream home. Go for it. I bought one.

Thought this would be a world class apartment complex. Felt nothing of that sort once inside. A very much hyped project. Its built on a hill. Each flat has wonderfully large balconies over viewing the road corridor and the greenery. Size of the living and the dining are good. Rooms could be much better and the shape and size of rooms could have been better. None of the rooms are squarish or rectangular.

Superb ambience but poor layout planning especially the Floor plan is clumsy. Approach to property is not great.

One of the luxurious apartments in the city. Full of automation right from door to your window curtains. High quality wood and fine flooring add to it’s beauty. Very spacious bed rooms, leaving room and Kitchen. Obviously luxury comes at big price, but at the same cost you can have a beautiful luxurious independent home in a very good locality. There is no proper connectivity to this place, you forget having a big car because you don’t have proper road. The place around is shabby. The sales people say they are planning to construct a private road but doubt it is possible in near future.

Best in south Bangalore.pros : good thing is cauvery water supply, nice elevation , can view sunrise and sunset from the apartment , nice community with actors and ceo and cfos inside . Namdhari is there as well inside , sbi Atm and car wash . Superior club house.Cons : Not so great approach road compared to property but not so heavy traffic so it is ok ok .

This place is located on a hill in Ittimadu, near Banashankari.

The location is the biggest negative aspect of this project, approach roads are very small and crowded. The Tata name adds value & trust. People should visit the location physically before booking though. Inside the project its well built and good amenities are available.

One of the most beautiful residence in Bangalore from the architectural mastermind. It offers good connectivity to South Bangalore and certainly an elite crowd to live among. The project can also be seen as a good investment as its a ready to move in with operational clubhouse.Open space of this project gives you a sense of exclusivity. Balconies are mind blowing.Inside the apartment, the specification are high. Home automation, 3 tier security system and modular kitchen will be the part of their offering.Negative side is the access road but it can be ignored if you see the product quality and extraordinary experience. The road should come in near future. Half of the approach road is done, just a matter of initiation by BDA.Brand value of TATA will always be a benefit.

Very good project with high class amenities. Big concern is locality... very narrow road and very crowded location. Connectivity is a major issue here. @ tata team, pls advise if any solutions planned for the above mentioned concerns.

Great location.. some VIPs own the apartment here. Not open completely. They have infinity pool, spa, jacuzzi, hot water pool etc to mention a few..

An excellent housing unit on a hillock. It has good amenities. But the society has very few occupants and the approach road leading to the society is narrow.

View of Bangalore and nice road is mind blowing. Excellent ventilation in all floors, Feels like we are not in Bangalore. This project constructed above the hill.

Those 3 stars are for the apartment view only , the apartment is surrounded by the slum , forget your posh imported SUV in this area because of the approaching road . It’s close to impossible for your beautiful looking wife or sister to travel in this area with full make up and mod attire because of the slum surrounding this project. I personally saw couple of fights happening when I had been there to have a look at the project. Paying 2.5 cr for 3 bhk would be worth if the approaching road was good but I felt the apartment will remain over priced until the apartment gets its own private road. Doesn’t seem like getting private road for this apartment alone is possible.

The Promont by TATA Housing Development Company, located in Banashankari, Bangalore. Offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The amenities include gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s play area, clubhouse, intercom, 24x7 security, sports facility, jogging track, power backup, landscaped gardens, indoor games, golf course, outdoor barbecue area, spa, yoga center, banquet/party hall, sauna and Jacuzzi etc.

Ittmadu is a overcrowded place with really shabby tiny roads. There isnt even a decent approach road to the site.It is not a posh locality I dont know what makes this property so expensive. It is on top of hanumagiri betta- which I think was occupied by threatening the locals with the help of corrupt politicians. There will be a huge water problem as it is situated on top of a marble hillock. So dont buy this overrated property. Will be a dead investment

Finally TATA Promont won the race over my laziness of writing this review.In this review Ill write only concrete and true content on this forum.PROS:1. TATA Brand: You seriously can rely on this brand. They always deliver what they promise else they wont promise. Their quality, finishes, maintenance and services are best in industry. Wont discuss much on this.2. Spectacular views: I guess this is over 3000 feet above sea level. Trust me you can see entire Bangalore from its double heighted private sit out.3. Luxury and exclusivity: This waz an eye catching factor for me. Can you believe they have built only 300 apartments within only 4 towers in 14 Acres of land. This is called exclusive living experience. If Im not wrong 14 Acres means 1000-1200 apartments for rest of builders.4. Specifations: Most of their stuffs are imported. They are giving much more than a bare shell apartment. Their specs includes home automation, furnished kitchen, 3 tier security system, bla bla.... I mean it gives you a real luxury feeling.5. Clubhouse: Trust me Im out of words to explain their world class clubhouse with top end amenities. Ill post few clicks post this review.6. Safety: 3 tier security system. Dont know much about their green building certifications but the structure is earthquake resistant.I missed one important factor that must be among top PROS. Its a ready to move project. So you will get what you see. They have received OC for all towers, and few families already have moved in. Not paying GST on land and construction cost would be your additional financial benefits.Conclusion: Dont just go my my review or anyone elses individual feedback. There are many many positives and very few limitations and someone must see the property to see how different they are.Living experience will be just amazing.
