Tallest residential building in South India, Open to sky gym, terrace fool with yoga center

I own 1 unit in the PA block of Presidential Tower and am aware that the neighboring residents are posting in this forum to devalue our property which i feel is not the right thing. After few years we will be neighbors and its best when we all start living peacefully all together. My humble suggestion is please approach the right people with your issues. I visit the clubhouse last week and i saw a party going on in the clubhouse, posting few photos of it.

Its nothing like whats written in these 5* reviews. We residents are waiting/fighting for the clubhouse for almost 10years now. Also wonder how 2 different people can write the same review word for word.

Presidential tower is one of the best residential project in making in West-Bangalore. Visited the project last week and have referred 2 of my friends for the projects , friendly sales team , well maintained construction site matching intentional standards. All the best to CNTC team.

The real owners are GGPL, no doubt, CNTC may be construction partners. GGPL may be changing names to avoid their clients ire, bottom line is, many of their projects are delayed and still many owners are fighting for final completion. Its hard earned money of the flat owners and heart burn. Hope authorities realizes this and not to give any fresh approval for new projects in which ever name, till they full fill past commitments.

We have purchased our unit at Presidential Tower. We meet the CNTC team and we are happy with the regular meeting which Raj holds. We are aware that the Grand residents are purposefully trying to tarnish the image of The presidential Tower for the reasons best known to them. All of us at The Presidential Tower have our association and its legally registered, anyone wants to take correct feedback about Presidential Tower can reach to us and not come under the influence of the planted posts of Grand residents. Requesting Grand residents to approach rightful people with their issues and not dirty our forum.

I would want to give 5 star. There marketing team follow up is updated and proactive. We made our mind to buy because of lake proximity and water availability in the flat. Really look forward to it

The Presidential Tower is a project I purchased a while ago, and believe its worth the wait. The construction is progressing well, the building is coming up nicely and its natural for it to take time. Looking forward to owning it by 2021

I have myself visited the project “Presidential Towers. Its far from the Clutters. Water Facility in the area is good.. CNTC claims all necessary approvals are taken. This should be excellent and ideal investment.

Quality is good. I like the idea of well designed luxury flats. All the flats are designed appropriately. Presidential towers is really keeping the standard up

While it is being portrayed that both are different projects one should not forget that the PT came from erstwhile blocks that were part of original plan for Golden grand. If the new development team is doing good work, and New investors are happy, it’s really a good sign. Hope the partners in development learn from the new team working on PT. end of the day, we have to share many common facilities including the entrance. Unless the new development team says that GG is not longer in any form associated with them, it’s just one team and two related projects..

From Yeshwanthpur it is accessible to everything. All the apartments constitute a campus which you ll like. The view from flats are amazing and security is also good

Zero respect for commitment and time lines. Once you hand over first cheque you are trapped. People who are sharing positive review are manipulated by Builder. On ground , this builder is least credible in the whole city.People who have posted positive comments are fake ones as almost every single customer in this investment is regretting its decision to invest in this project.

CNTC is very reliable and quality builder. Their customer relations and mail responses are very prompt. The construction quality is also far better than many other builders in bangalore.

Presidential tower is undoubtedly the tallest building in Bangalore. I have seen the model house and inclusions. They use High-end materials in Master bedroom and kitchen, which is the basic necessity and not many builders consider it.

International Builder with promising project. The location is also optimal. Luxury apartment with excellent connectivity. We invested in 3 BHK flat. highly recommended.

Very unprofessional builder. Has not delivered amenities on time inspire of a very long rope given by residents. Builder is not entertaining calls or communicating with association. Kindly rethink if you want to consider investing here

The apartment is properly structured and also RERA approved. My first step into the apartment gave me the satisfaction of good decision on investing in the property.

This builder doesnt deserve even a single Star. Can you imagine any apartment where the owners have to protest and fight for a gym and a club house which is rightfully theirs for 5 years and still the builder refuses to get it ready. This is on top of 5 years delay in building the apartment itself. There have been more than 50 deadlines which have been made by the builders and not kept it. I saw one response of the builder to the Golden Grand owner that they are not customers. So the builder is now even misguiding the prospective buyers by telling lies. Presidential Tower is very much part of Golden Grand project. In fact the builder has changed the building plans and there are Court cases pending against the builders on this issue. The Presidential Tower owners will be sharing the common areas with Golden Grand residents.So beware and make proper enquiries on the project and the builder before putting your hard earned money into it.

The Presidential Tower Yeshwantpur is the tallest tower in Bangalore, superb feature-rich clubs, large bay windows for optimal natural lights. It seems very peaceful and relaxing.

Its been 4 years we purchased from Golden Gate in the same property premises in which Presidential Tower (PT) has now come up. They altered the plan mid way and merged 2 blocks to 1 tower and made PT. They ran out of money and the project stalled and so did the expansive clubhouse as well. Now PT is being resold again with CNTC but there is no sign of breathing life into the clubhouse. Despite whatever claims, PT is a JV with Golden Gate and CNTC and you should remember that Golden Gate doesnt listen to its customers after they have bought / paid. 580 customers of Golden Grand and many more across Bangalore have the same experience. So, buyers beware!!!

One of the Huge Residential Project by CNTC near to the Yeswanthpur Railway Sattion. It consists of the nice premium Apartments. Beautiful layout and planning.

It is confusing if CNTC or GGPL has to finish the incomplete club house and hand over for 500+ GG flats. Please clarify? The project started a decade ago, why still the club is not ready? What is the SBA of the club house? What is the deadline? Why has cases been registered against few GG residents for asking for CH handover? Will it be the same fate of CNTC investors?

I stay in Golden Grand next to the upcoming Presedential Tower. The builder GGPL is now tied up with CNTC and is one of the worst builders in terms of quality and defaulters. The quality of apartments built is very bad and we had to modify on or own. More than 50℅ of amenities promised not provided. Hundreds of meetings and protests have gone on vain. The initial plan is diverted from 2 towers to presidential tower without providing promised amenities. Genuine buyers please do consult the people staying there for reality check and think twice before investing.

I think its better any intended buyers should visit once to the adjacent buildings to know the quality of this builder. Am waiting for club house and amenities since 10 years.

Really spacious apartments. Being located in the one of the prime location of the city, this place is a good choice of perfect living.

I am an existing customer.Poor quality work, incomplete civic amenities and club-house after 10 years, illegal car parks from common areas, basic things such as STP water not provided for 500+ apartment complex, poor engineering work for just a 17 storey building that was the phase-1(Golden Grand) of this project. On top of this the builder has filed police cases against few residents to create legal hassles and discourage people from asking for their dues.These are just a sample of things that current customers are going through and new ones should ready to go through.Phase-2 of the Golden Grand project has been named Presidential Towers with modified development plan. Anyone considering this project - talk to existing customers (do reach out to any of the 500+ families living in Golden Grand), understand the problems they are suffering and then make an informed decision !!Edit: PT is now a chinese venture funded by CNTC.

I am looking for a property in yeshwanthpur location. In the process of searching I visited Presidential tower, I saw a biometric system implemented on construction site. Even for labourers. Very impressive.

CNTCs The presidential tower is Near to The Sheraton, Taj Vivanta, World Trade Centre and Orion Mall. They have surely taken this into accoutn while designing its premium 50 storeyed tower.

Most horrible experience of my life dealing with GG builders. Club house still not delivered and its a whopping 10 years. Construction quality is abysmal. Just look at neighbouring property before investing

Project started at 2006 still not given club house at 2018...They fooled us and now thet are fooling Presedential Tower clients...Please dont trust them.

By looking at the existing constructions of CNTC undoughtly we can say this is one of the best Chinese groups came to india. The kind of innovation & technology they are bringing into picture for construction. By seeing all these things golden cntc gonna become one of the best developers in india very soon.

Buyers please visit the club house in person and see for yourself the development before investing. What type of builder puts case on its own customers for asking their rights? Why STP is not handed over?There are fake reviewers who have rated them very high. One has mentioned that they have booked a 2bhk in review, but the project doesnt have 2 bhk.

The sales team in Golden CNTC was very cordial and gave information in detail about the project.

Earlier GGPL used name of HoK - a US based World Class Architect to dupe the customer of Golden Grand & Now they are disowning the Golden Grand Project ( which was supposed to be their Signature Project). Now they are using name of GGPL-CNTC name to Presidential Towers. Presidential Tower is part of Golden Grand Project - where 2 of the towers got modified and renamed. This was committed to complete by 2017 /2018 , but now even ground floor as not surfaced. There is already group of customer who are banging their head for investing in Presidential Tower. INvestors planning to invest in Presedential tower, pls check credential of the GGPL-CNTC in all other projects and take a wise decision.

GOlden gate as given us incomplete amenities in GOlden grand till date like club house, Basketball court, tennis court etc., and several others issue are pending, I requested to investor pls check before u book flat, they fooling customer by marketing department.

Golden Grand customers paid money in 2007 and its 2017 now , still fighting for Amenities.Our agreements says our property is 13+ acres which includes Golden Grand and Presidential Tower property land.Earlier 5 towers plan have been changed to Golden Grand and Presidential Tower.

It is from Golden Gate, Please think 10 times, their all projects like Golden Panorama, Golden Valley got delayed by 5 years. The developer will not respond to customer issues and delays. All customers who brought site/flats in Golden Gate properties burnt their fingers. Please re-think 10 times before investing crores in Golden Gate Properties

I have known this presidential tower since 6 years.there were major protesting took place at the entrance of project a month back regarding incompletion of clubhouse and false cases on residents by developer.

I have been visiting my relative staying here since many years now, still the club house has not been completed by builder. They promised to get it ready after a year of possession, but its been close to 5 years now. Government must make builders compensate flat owners for the delay they have caused. The builder has been deliberately delaying handing over the club house to the flat owners. Buyers beware!

Wonder full complex there are very less complexes like that in Bangalore.

Please invest at your own risk...no hopes that I will be delivered on time with promised amenities
