Very good apartment for people working in Whitefield/ORR Area who are very busy and short of time. Its in one of most well connected areas of Bangalore but still about 100 meters away from main road ensuring that you do not suffer from noise and dust pollution while staying close to many big stuff . All facilities are there as big apartment complexes but cheaper and with a small well connected community. Facilities include gym, club house, swimming pool, play area, Cauvery water supply, power backup. Drawbacks include the fact the there are no public garden/park nearby as in layouts.

Very good location with most amenities within a few minutes driving distance. Can be approached from either ORR or Whitefield Main road. 900mts from Phoenix and VR. 500mts from More mega store. Located well suited for people working in the IT hub. Mahadevapura metro station will be 400mts from the apt. Apartments with amenities like swimming pool, gym, security, kids play area and community hall.

Too many restrictions imposed by the owner. I had a very bad experience when I visited a friend. The owner creates unnecessary ruckus,he misbehaves with a lot of people and is extremely rude.

Suitable property for rental stay, I dont think buy would be a good choice. OC is not obtained. There are water tanker required many times which increases your maintenance. Cauvery water access is available but not sufficient for recidency. Gym, party hall and swimming pool is made available on terrace. Its leaking in bathroom and bedroom (while heavy rain) in my apartment. Not so great construction. Overall better option to live if you are searching for Mahadevpura.

Nice flats, 2&3BHK, nearby more megastore, K R Puram railway station, Pheonix marketcity mall, excellent bus connectivity nearby, very near to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Mahadevapura office
