Came across this project seeing the banner when going on road..when enquired I was assisted by mohan..he gave a clear description about the project by showing video and model flat..looks very interesting with respect to quality , aminities and price

We bought flat in serenity. Staffs and owners both are good and humble. Like the project ,Its awesome and in budget.

Soul tree has flats for all budgets. Their sales team is very good. We Interacted with their Sales Manager Naveen and Sweta. They are very co-opertative.Even their promotors are approchable easily. This project addressed needs of all segments and with many amenities.Well planned ,I am observing this project since Jan 2021, and its well executed.Definitely recommend for people who are buying their first home.

I booked flat in Soul Tree, Modern Space and I understand the Quality is what they focus and it has value for investment. World class Amenities are provided which makes this project unique in this location. I interacted with Mohan from Marketing team and was always helpful and transparent in providing any kind of information. I hope this location will turn to prime in couple of years..

The model design and the site are totally different.. No open space at all. And amenities will be available only after the completion of their all projects.. Already phase 1 is occupied without amenities..

I have recently booked flat in soul tree. Im buying property for the first time. This was referred to me by a colleague.Pros:This seems to be a decent project. They have a very good sales executive at the site who are very active and explains about the project well. They have model flat as well where we can check the quality of the material used to build the project. It seems they are using good quality material (Tiles, Doors, Toilet Commode, basins, Taps).Cons:Only thing which I didnt like at all is the door lamination finish. I didnt like the color of it. They have used very light color finish which is not looking great. They could have used walnut finish or any dark finish.But I feel this is great for investment purpose as it seems to be an attractive price

Marketing executives are very supportive and explained all the details very well. The materials used are branded, and its verified project from SBI.

Its really good experience with the builder..They spend good amount of time in explaining each & every aspect of the project & are professional & trustworthy..Also they are focusing more on quality which is the best thing.. Recently i have booked a flat in Soultree. I like the construction quality and it has all the amenities with clubhouse which we are mostly used in our day to day life . Thanks to Sweta and Naveen from marketing team who helped us to decide our 1st flat and all queries answered by the team . They are supporting in all phases like booking, agreement and on going construction work.We are really impressed with Modern Spaaces Soultree gated community.More over sompura and sarjapur road is going to be new hot spot of city in future so Soultree is perfect home which is 300-400 meter away from main road and full of greenery in surroundings.

I was actually planning to buy a plot of land around Sarjapur Road, when I discovered this project through Shirisha from Modern Spaces.This is an under construction project. Very good builder, they completed previous projects on time (77 East and 312 West), Prices are very good, its an under construction property with 18 months handover time. Its all legally verified and approved project by SBI as well.

I booked a flat in soultree serenity by modern spaaces I find it to be of good quality and modern building in affordable price... Customer support representative Swetha was very helpful from explaining about property till booking...!Locality sompura also seems promising for return on investment as it has potential to become next IT hub with infy,wipro and eco space have taken land around for development..!
