Awesome serene place for families

Pollution free cool calm, well managed, near BMS Engineering college, all amenities. Excellent place to stay for owners, rentals, retired and kids, good combination..it is a big place.

Its a place were all amenities are good , but sad thing is that most people are selling the property and lots of renovation is happening to structure creating lots of noise and this makes building week. I am planning to say no if you are looking to buy this or willing to stay in a peaceful residential place. I feel it to be like a construction site all 365 days. No structural report of building has been taken even after 10 years and every day there is some wall knocked down, or tiles related. Without structural supervision. 😞

The place is awesome, its located some 400- 500m from SH9(Doddaballapur main road). The place has some 10 12 blocks with a min of 12 floors each block. Can visit anytime and get a closer look of your stay if planning. Just adhere by the SOPs.

Yelahanka is a suburb of Bangalore in the state of Karnataka and one of the zones of BBMP. It is older than the Bengaluru (Bangalore) city which has now overgrown engulfing many of its neighboring villages and towns.The city of Yelahanka had been in existence prior to the 12th century. The region was called Ilaipakka Naadu during the rule of Cholas. A stone tablet of 1267 A.D found in Doddaballapur mentions Dechi Devarasa, ruling the region with Yelahanka as his capital under the aegis of Hoysala monarch Narasimha (Third).Yelahanka has an excellent connectivity be it road, rail and air. The road network to Yelahanka is one of the best in entire Bangalore. Yelahanka railway station is one of the oldest stations setup in Bangalore area and has railway lines connecting KR Puram and Bayappanahalli in the east and Yeshwanthpur in the northwest. If these tracks are improved and daily city passenger trains introduce, a big part of traffic congestion will be eased as more people will use trains. Since the tracks are already existing, it is better to use the existing infrastructure rather than investing in new activities like Metro. Kempegowda International Airport is located off Yelahanka.

Best place to live! working amenities, no-vehicle podium structure to allow people walk and kids play without worries is just awesome.Resident went through approach road issues for some time, thanks to local politics during elections, but issues resolved now, and complex has 3 main approaches from NH(doddaballpur rd, 500m away) now.

Etc

If you are in Bangalore। ne looking for the place with Hindi speakers and other language then this is teh best place
