Few months back we have visited this property. And recently my friend visited as i gave info. For both of us marketing agents told only few apartments left . and same they are telling to every one who visit i think.Funny thing is than available of apartments, marketing executives are more in number.I suggest to people who want to buy. best go and see the previous apartment this builder constructed. My friend visited, and that apartment association member himself gave negative feedback on quality and builder response.

Very Good floor Plans.Good Ventilation and Cross Ventilation.Construction phase is very good.Transperancy is well maintained .My interaction with Mr.Raghu and Mr.Ram is very Satisfactory.

I think Ruchira IRIS is a nice project. Its in very good and peaceful location. The project is also going very well even in this COVID situation. All the staff members are also very nice and friendly. The main think that i like is, the balcony space is really so big. Also there are no common wall between each flat, so each flat is independent. The project is also RERA approved and there are no legal problem found as I already done the verification. At least I can say the quality is much better than all the big builders. We need to wait and watch how the project is taking shape when it completes by early next year....Good luck...!

I recently booked a flat in ruchira iris. All process was smooth with help of sales team, especially Vivek and Prashanth. I am happy with floor plan and the amenities provided by the builder. Construction of the apartment is on full swing and hope to get the possession soon.

Advice caution against the developers. Everything was hunky dory until the time of booking, when they changed their stance and demanded more money for the property. If this is the situation now, not sure what they will do later.

I have done my booking . The location is very good and flats are specias. So far mostly intracts with Ruby and Vivek sir. Both are very helpfull and freindly. All the concern they will take note and clarify all points. Ruby will always respond quickly and makes sure all quieries gets complete on time. So far our experience is good with ruchira and i shall update more maybe next month . Thanks everyone.

Good initial response and feedback. However, when asked multiple questions about the project (after going through RERA website), NO ONE CARED TO RESPOND. I was amazed with their reply saying sorry for inconvenience caused. Questions asked for example - Open space is wrongly claimed in marketing brochure, Incomplete state level environment assessment document, as per data submitted by Ruchira to RERA cost of building per sq ft is only Rs. 1000 but they are charging ~5000 per sq ft from customer (for such poor quality why price is high) etc. I am sure they dont have reply or customer will not book flat with their insufficient reply. Please make an informed decision.Editing this post to respond to what Mr Vivek replied:I asked Ruby about the replied to our queries. Quoting what has been told to me by Ruby: We were little busy so couldnt reply back sorry for inconvenience.I DARE YOU TO SHOW ANY CALLS MADE / EMAIL SENT BY YOUR LEGAL TEAM. I CAN POST SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME REPLY I GOT FROM YOUR SALES TEAM. So here is the response to your reply: STOP LYING AROUND AND PRETENDING TO BE RESPONSIVE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS AND RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS QUERIES. You simply dont respond to technical questions and keep beating around the bush with wrong replies and good construction quality. IF YOU SIMPLY KNOW QUALITY COMES WITH A COST and I should not expect that from few builders.Customer is going to invest lacs and crores so buckle yourself up and provide service to convert sales.Ans the point I made about Rs 1000 sq ft, its ridiculous that you dont get it even after I spent hours of time about cost and profit explaining to you. RFOL.YOU WILL CHARGE CUSTOMERS PROFIT WHICH WILL BE MORE THAN COST. THATS BASIC. BUT YOU WILL CHARGE ONLY FOR WHAT YOU BUILD. KEEPING A PROFIT MARGIN (%) WHICH IS SIMILAR TO A CLASS BUILDER DOESNT JUSTIFY RUCHIRA PRICING. Thats what I am saying.GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SALES.

Our flat booking experience with Ruchira IRIS team was really good. We felt good transparency with the builder also all the required documents for verification was available and readily provided. The project amenities as per design is in line with premium projects and the speed of completion is ahead of target till date. I have visited this place multiple times to understand the locality and project construction. Both are really good. If anyone is working closure by they can buy the flat here.Promising quality and amenities we can expect from the builder 100% no doubt.Mr Vivek from sales team is a genuine guy and very humble meet this guy for more details. Ruchira Iris is a very good project located near to Safal Market. It has good open space and construction is in full swing. Upcoming Tech Park, Lalbagh Garden 2, Vydehi Hospital Phase II are near to this locality. It was a really good experience with Ruchira Iris sales team during flat booking. They have detailed explanation about each n every query regarding locality, flat, basic amenities, payments etc. Builder has a good reputation on delivering projects before time in past.

Visited the location to explore options of buying a property. Ample spacious location with good connectivity to airport. Ruchira Iris project located at very nice location and its in under construction. Nice amenities providing at prime location and procession due in 15 months and all Ruchira projects delivered on time without any compromise. Nice experience with Marketing team as well Mr Vivek and Raghu sir are very helpful and provided good support and reach them easily. Hope will get good value for investment too since proposed ring road is close to the project and OMR is just a KM away to go outside city and Airport. All the way best location and nice project. I have visited this site and Ruchira lilium as well. I would request all buyer observe the cracks in Lilium party hall and other sides.Dont go by gimmicks from sales guys, still they are charging 12% GST which is very hugeGo and talk to SLV opposite side of the Ruchira iris they are charging 5% and go to Sumudura, they are also charging 5% and decent/Also I observed the quality of construction is okay not great.If you are a investor or a buyer, look around and take the decision.
