Great architecture. Away from all the city noise and pollution. Rooms are built with great ventilation. And awesome views from the top floors.

Nice place for stay, rent I feel is little on higher side. 2 major problems lot of bees hive which is why you have to keep windows closed most of the time, way from main road to society is not so great

Heavy traffic in this route. Building quality is not so standard. Some improvement is required, hmmm and they dont behave well with clients.

Star single a deserve dont they .The worst marketing and sales team I have ever visited in Bangalore... They have big time communication gap among themselves.. They commit one thing on a call but when you are actually visit the site, the story is different.. They infact convince you to buy from what options they have but doesnt have basic courtesy to listen to customer needs ...They only give false commitments and dont even feel sorry for all the effort one would have put in visiting their property.... Dont ever visit the property until you triple check the details...I wish I had an option to give negative rating .

I have purchased a 3 BHK flat in phase 2 and my overall experience has been very smooth. Sales Executive Mr. Vinay has been of great help and highly co-operative.

Location is nice but price is too much

Rohan is renowned builder but the fame has to carried by their sales staff too, its extremely disappointing how they manage the customers. My experience is not well with them , lost the interest towards the property as well.

Its a good place to invest because of its proximity to it tech parks on the outer ring road. It has got average amneties and good open space. But the master plan is a bit crowded in terms over placement of buildings. But the floor plan is good of apartments and good lighting to all the rooms. But it is bit pricey as it is not on the main road but a bit inside.

I own a 3bhk and quite impressed with the overall layout of the project. Airy and well ventilated flats with excellent privacy and judicious usage of space is a plus. It’s worth the investment.

Guy sitting in Rohan Iksha is not interested to explain the property details. Also he didnt allow us to visit the property. He is very unprofessional. Project cost also overpriced. Location is not good. No shops near by. Connecting road is worst.

Its going to be a great society but as of now the work is in progress. Flats as compared to other Rohan properties is not that good. Didnt like the structure. There is no shops near by. The only advantage I can see is its walking distance from ETV. So those who work in ETV and dont want to travel in Bangalore traffic they can definitely opt for this place. 👍

Very nice architecture, very different from all other apartments. Amazing wind flows in the central garden.

My relatives bought apartment from this builder in boganahalli. It is luxurious one and have all good amenities which is under construction. Certain amenities like gym, party hall are all opened for usage.

I own a 2 bhk here. Floor plan is good. For rest of the things almost every resident is complaining. Starting from killer smell of the kitchen waste decomposer plant to drainage system. Management is inefficient n slow. Takes a lot of time to address any issue.

Staff is not at all helping and courteous. I tried talking to a lot of staf members and they are all rude. They show off as if the property is extravagant and they dont care for customers as such. Person sitting there even didnt enterain us and threw brochure at face saying that you can take a look.

Extremely unprofessional and uncorteous behaviour of the lady staff ! She was not interested in explaining any details. Did not get to visit the actual construction site as apparently everyone was busy. Also overpriced considering the location. (Rough roads, No shops nearby)

Another fabulous property by Rohan builder.Its located in one of the prime areas in the Eastern parts of Bangalore. Its located right behind the Embassy tech park. To be precise near the Flipkart offices. Access road to the property is good with a newly constructed 100ft road. Only the last 500m of the approach road is really terrible.1st phase of the project has been completed (at the time of this review) and 2nd phase is under construction.Its also in the vicinity of many tech parks, malls ( Phoenix market city is 9km approx), hospitals and grocery stores. Also there are good schools and engineering colleges near by.The structure of the buildings is unique (actually unique) with all amenities like swimming pool , billiards,tt, community Hall, squash court and the list goes on.Their club house is completely functional.Homes are really good with bright lit rooms and common areas.Do check it out .Hope this was helpful.If so please leave a like.Thank you.

Well made Apartment complex. Public transport is a problem. No bus route nearby.

Worst customer service by Marketing team. And about project, it has some approach road issue, there is no borewell water, open space is only inward facing. Quality of apartment is good but approach road and locality is in village, without any easy access to main road. Price is too steap.

Location very far off from the outer ring road especially comparing it with their price points.Extremely small room size of the guest/child bedroom especially of 3bhk.One phase is ready nd other phase will take abother 2-3 years time frame.Public transport is lacking in that area.At this price point you can explore other options too like prestige ivy terraces etc thatvare ready to move in and available in resale and much better location.
