Extremely good appartment with 5 star aminities..as soon as you enter inside you feel like entering into a different world cool breeze,birds chirping ,lots of greenery,open space and yes how can I forget to mention a big golden color Ganesha Temple and beside that a beautiful kids play area..one big baniyan tree in front of the temple...lawn tennis court, bedminton court , basket ball court and all the indoor games..grocery and vegetable shop inside appartment felt like blessings specially during lockdown.security is awesome ..2 layers of security one at outside entrance and second entrance in front of blocks...

As per the name shantiniketan place is peaceful, even though its a multistoried building, good space around for aeration, very calm and quite, blissful, easy to breach security, security guards are not so cautious, so, as a guest, I took entry without any entry in the security logs, take care of your security.

One of the best places to live in the city. This apartment is in Goragunteplaya which is very close to yeshvantpur and malleshwaram. The houses are big and spacious the prices are affordable and more importantly the connectivity is awesome. Theres a metro station right in front of the the apartment and the railway station is also not too far. The ambience within the complex is also very peaceful and friendly.
