It is a great community apartment of around 380 families staying in 10 blocks in about 4 acre space. Wth all the amenities and a great association to manage it, it is one of the hot property spot in electronic city phase 2 and in Ananthnagar. I stay here from past 7 years now and have not felt bored a single day. All the festivals are celebrated with lot of joy, celebration and as a community.

We have been staying in this apartment for last seven years. The open area, amenities and the residents make this community so liveable. In evening there are some 80 odd kids running and playing all across, elderly taking walk, ladies chitchatting. What else does a family needs in life. Also being situated at the end of this stretch, its so peaceful and calm inside. Perfect separation from work.

A very cool and nice place to live. Fresh air and calm atmosphere. Amenities includes swimming pool, Kids play area, Badminton court, Clubhouse with Gym, Pool table, Table tennis table, Party hall, Caroms boards, etc...

This is the best apartment is Electronics city ( 2Km from Hosur road and 4Km from Infosys).Construction quality is good and the maintenance charge is reasonable.Location and campus is good.There are many shops,medical stores and doctors are nearby.They have ample car parking facility.There are many schools and hospitals near by ( Narayana Hrudayala is 5Km from the apartment).The apartment is reasonably placed and the plan is also good.
