Commercial rate for electricity, be ready to spend rs.10000 additional in maintenance, tanker water and Power bills.maintenance billing is bad, no accountability. Bad And poor Maintenance of parking lot and common areas . Rents rate high. Cheap additional parking for 1000-1500rs. allow delivery at doorstep for couriers/Amazon etcNo proper children playarea, everything is concrete all around, pool is filth once a year cleaning

Excellent place/society.Very friendly people.place is situated on main road hence easy accessibility.Dmart is adjacent to the society,which caters to all house hold shopping needs.Spacious gym.Big swimming pool.Good place for morning and evening walks makes it a great place to stay.

Very well maintained Building and society. What more? Dmart is part of the same building. Located at a very central place and bangalore airport also is not very far from this place.

An excellent community with a premises that has great amenities. Well connected to schools, supermakets and workplaces in North Bangalore.

The best thing of this apartment is that this is near D Mart..

Huge expensive residential complex, but you can get everything nearby like Reliance fresh, D mart etc

We had booked our 4bhk in B block in oct.12, however after rigorous followup, I got the possession of my flat, since ours is on the topmost floor, the builders have missed out the sajja protection, for my balcony hence it is open to the sky, Iam really worried now because the heavy storm & rains can cause lot of damage to my Glass window of the balcony, in my living room, I hope they provide the canopy quickly as promised.

Plama Heights ...... A very nice place to stay and access all the joints of Kammanahlli......

Mad crowd while getting out of the apartment. Auto guys outside commenting on women and giving dirty looks. Bad place for families.

The apartment is really good and has all ameneties!

Like the Location but beware of the Plama Developers..they promise you one thing and then retract on that
