No drinking water for past 12 months and the filter bought is now out of warranty. No lift so my dad can’t come to my home due to joint pain. Lot of follow ups to get work done.

Good locality and good ventilation of property would have been complimented well if the property is constructed on time, as promised.

Good apartment complex with excellent amenities like swimming pool, badminton court, gym, amphitheatre etc. Beautiful lawns and greenery all around. Peaceful place..The apartments are well made with good natural lighting and ventilation.

Its a very good community having garden, walking zone, parking for both 2wheeler and 4 wheelers, swming pool, jym maintaining hygiene way. Very near to bus Stop and railway station too. Management will respond and support in a kind manner. The place to live

Promissed very good amenities at the time of purchase. It has been years and basic amenities such as lift, proper electricity connection, water softener is not provided so far. Big appliances like AC cannot run and elderly facing issue due to no lift.OC from BBMP is keep on getting postponed.If the promissed is fulfilled definitely it deserves better rating. But not sure whether will it take months or more.

The five star reviews are from the current/ex-employees/affiliates of the establishment. The property is under dispute and litigation. Even basic amenities are missing and OC is yet to be given to the occupants. Please talk to a resident before buying an apartment here.

Good constructions, reasonable price .

Pros : Good Ventilation, Nice Garden in society, Good connectivity (Apartment near to White field Railway, Bus and Metro stations ) , Conditional OC obtained on July 2021.Cons : No Transformer, Consumer electricity not provided to flats yet, on-going Litigation on a part of Land where few amenities reside ( check RERA website for more info). Lift & Water Purification non operational due to BESCOM issue.

I would prefer to give rating in negative, as name of the property is 5 elements, its true you have lots of air, lot of dust , wastage of water , saving of metal and anytime fire in electric circuit.
