Neatly designed apartment layout; not like some of the clustered and chaotic ultra large apartments. Lot of open space around and to quite some extent within as well, allowing for more than sufficient light and ventilation. Excellent views is a bonus, especially at higher floors. Parking space for residents is sufficient for one 4 wheeler and two wheeler each. Visitor parking also available and easily accessible. Removing one star because of the water leaks observed in a few places. Security does its job mostly.

Good habitat with high rise building complex. Maintainenace and upkeep of the flats are good. Considering the high volume of flats and it occupants social life will be enjoyable.

A good maintained apartment complex in Uttarahalli and for that credit should go to RWA. But I can see that quality of construction what builder did was not up to mark and even in this short time, cracks are visible everywhere. Mantri Builders have delayed many projects and did not maintained quaility and looted many aspiring home owners.

With mind-blowing construction style and exterior design, mantri alpyne astonishes every visitor. They have a very strong security check up at the gate. 3 to 4 securities are at the same time assigned for surveillance at the gate itself. Once you get in the compound you see a very good swimming pool, sitting space, restaurant, shopping center, Gym, beauty salon, mini medical shop what more an average human being needs?. Getting into the interior, it is not as great as the looks from outside, think their furnishing works are going on only. The place has enough parking space for the visitors. A visitor is suppose to give the details like name and purpose of visit and the flat number of the concerned person at the gate.

Location is a little far, but once you enter there is a whole different world inside. The security is very tight and any visitor is thoroughly questioned before being let in. There is a lot of visitor parking available, which makes it very convenient. There is a common amenities area in center and it is a very happening place with people engaging in all kinds of recreation activities. Kids running around, parents socialising and elders peacefully taking a walk. There is also a swimming pool which was well maintained. There is a small food world outlet where you can get all the basic groceries.

It is a very good apartment to stay. We have all facilities like super market, doctor , medical stores inside the apartment compound. Most attractive is we have kids play ground, badminton court, kids park, swimming pool volleyball court , club house Gym and one kilometer pedestal area for walking . Each apartment is having one parking slot.

One of the excellent residential complex in Bangalore on Dr. Vishnu Vardhan Road. Utharahalli. There is a mini forest is in midst of the complex. More than 1000 flats available. Gym , super markets, swimming pool, medical shop , clinic , meeting hall ,beauty parlour tennis court etc are available inside the walls of the gated community. 24 hours security also available. Just opposite Bar available.

Good society to stay with all basic amenities provided inside the compound. In a developing area so many more new Nearby facilities will come. Connectivity to the outer ring road is just the only concern for someone to stay there. Cleaner environment and good view of small hills.

As like other gateways, it is also having some minor issues. But overall, its a peaceful and nice area to survive. 60% of occupancy is done by north indians and they will try to show their natural racist behavior as usual. So we need to be careful with them.

They are ready to make money from all the sides like parking, in future you need to leave your foot wear outside so that they will keep a guard for taking care of that and make money from it.

People who had availed the flats during pre launch offer and initial days of its launch were lucky to see their flat rates going high even before possession and had very nice returns on it. Located at the outskirts of Bengaluru, it is a pretty society to live in. Roads and approach is good enough. Security is good enough inside and the society is quite peaceful too. Rooms are quite spacious and depends on how you decorate them personally.. :)Parking and all is quite managed. But a minus point...wayy too out of the city. Good for people going to Electronic City or nearby areas.
