The place is good. I went there for a house warming party. I really loved the flat. And also its not that far from koramangala. It is 7-8 kilometers.

Very calm and serene place - the only draw back is the metro construction on the main road.

The basement parking area is not clean, with water flowing out of floor and walls, full of dust & mosqutos. Effort needs to be made to improve.
