I have been given assurances from Mahendra Homes Management and Sales staff that this project is RERA Registered and upon believing the assurances, I was about to sign the Agreement and gave 20% of the Total cost of property. And when I showed the Land Documents to my Lawyer and My Lawyer pointed out that there are some GPA issues. I immediately asked Mahendra Homes to return back my advance amount, which Mahendra Aarna did not return till date without any agreement in place...so in a way Mahendra Homes have snatched my hard earned life savings.... So now I have approached the Karnataka Consumer court and planning to reach out to RERA and inform to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (GOVERNMENT OF INDIA) about the same. Please refrain.

Apartments are spacious, noise free and amenities provided are good and decent. Swimming pool,kids park, play zone,cricket pitch are available.Covered parking space is available. Most importantly the location of the apartments is an advantage. So many IT companies are at a walking distance and a super market is also in the same premises. An overall awesome gated community.

Structures are build with low quality and perfections i found some cracks in the walls .I visited the plots. Which I am much disappointed. Sorry to say . Friends invest your hard earned money in a better once.

Promising builder, maintains good quality, what I like about this company is the product, i. e house, is delivered way before the committed time lines with good quality. They are all vasthu complaint. Worth buying an asset from them.
