Very bad builder.Even when the building and structure work is complete, he is not interested to complete the project.He is only interested in collecting money from the buyers.If he takes efforts, the project can easily be completed within 3 months but he goes on extending the time line and does not want to complete it.Very bad experience.

I booked 2BHK here thinking of Mahaveer Builders good name in the market. But it seems they are not at all worried about their reputation or delays in the possession of the project. Very unprofessional behaviour from the builder side. They promised for delivery date of Dec 2020. There is still 50% of the work pending in this project but they have been delaying the construction and I dont think they will be able to deliver it in next 2 years also. Think twice before booking any flats in Mahaveer or Reddy Structures Projects.

Mahaveer looks like used to be good builder, looks like already have lot on plate and unable to manage, I wanted to buy however looks lije they delaying construction a lot.

The project is too much delayed.The developer is not interested in timely completion of the project.Very bad experience.

DONT BUY from MAHAVEER, worst builder i have seen, if you have money to waste go for it but if its your HARD EARNED money dont buy any project from them, i did a mistake by buying MAHAVEER Turquoise from them.

We have also Booked all False promise .RERA also in there Support only.2 times RERA Has revised Completion date1 We can understand because of corona up to Jun -2021Know 2 one we Dont know why New Date is 30-09-2021Know how can we Believe RERA also if Builder give money RERA will extend another 6month
